关于02-08中某一个填空的见解

刚才看了上面的帖子、感觉之前的答案确实有很多值得讨论的、额、看到一个填空、不知哪一年了、我觉得我做的给答案和上面帖子都不一样（起码上面的帖子）
下面是我的分析哈：

B unique…entertain
C scarcely…embrace;

这个题答案我觉得是B
第一个空格对应superiority。这样可以选BD、第二个at least 选褒义、就是B啦
C的scarcely是稀少的意思、我觉得从文中得不到稀少啊、
而且W-M的  entertain  是这么解释的
entertain
3 a : to keep, hold, or maintain in the mind <I entertain grave doubts about her sincerity>
从例子也可以看出entertain的一个doubts 正好对应上面的skeptical、
