记不太清了，好象是这样的：

到中行天坛分行（好象是只能在这里办）办，需要带
1。中行的外币存折》4000刀
2。护照签证及复印件（好象是要复印件的）
3。身份证（？？？）
然后填一张表，就可以拿到外汇携带证了

记住，外汇携带证是有期限的，只有一个月；另外，一拿到外汇携带证就可以把钱取出来的

come on, man, have u ever read the regulations?
If u r not holding any foreign passports, then u need to have one when u r leaving china if u take more than 2000 dollars cash w/ u. And that certificate can only allow u to take no more than $4000 cash or equivalent.
what's more, foreign passport holders r required to have that certificate if they take more than 5000 dollars cash when leaving china. And that certificate can only allow u to take no more than $10,000 cash or equivalent.
