我发过去的：您好，我系2011Fall，MA in Communication申請者之一，有關託福語言成績問題，麻煩您給予解答。
        紙質成績大約1月中旬才能拿到，但是我希望系統開始即完成整個申請，那麼語言成績我可否將網路顯示的分數轉化為PDF形式先行上傳，等紙質成績到，再掃描上傳？（HKBU需要託福官方ETS遞送成績麼？個人上傳的紙質成績單可以嗎？）
這樣會不會影響我的申請？因為我知HKBU這個項目系rolling形式。

回复：Regarding your question, sure you can type in the marks you get for your TOEFL result and send the official result immediately when it is available.  We would like to reiterate that our admission procedure is NOT on a rolling base.  We will assess all applications (with all required documents submitted) in a whole lot after the 1st round application deadline which is 28-February-2011.  For applications with any required documents missing after the application deadline will not be processed and will be delayed for 2nd round.

补充一个城大刚发来的：Thank you for your interest in CityU programme. If you do not have the IELTS/TOEFL result at the time of application, you may still submit the online application stating your expected date of obtaining the result. Conditional offers may be made to applicants, stipulating a specific score to be obtained as a requirement for admission.

浸会的意思是不是说，只有你的资料全部到了之后它才接受审理。及时开放了申请你把其他材料寄过去了它还是不审的，更不会发所谓的con-offer。
