本人背景：西安交大硕士 to UCLA，专业：cs to statistics（这可能是我的一个硬伤，但是我
到那边做的东西性质是一样的，只是用统计作为一个工具，但是至少从表面上看换专业了）
签证官是一个年龄比较大的，个子高高的，头发灰白，很瘦的样子，可能是传说中的副领事吧。

这个过程很简单，大概有3、4分钟吧。

M: good morning, Sir. here is my card.
v: 不理我ing, 看电脑ing.
M：静静的等他
V: ·#￥%……#·#￥%
M：Parden? （我自信听力还可以，好像他的声音比较轻，又没对着话筒，听不清楚）
V: why do u wanna study phd in ucla?
M: there is a research group in ucla,their research interest and projects match me
nicely, and it is one of the strongest in this field.
V: 点头，在ds表上画圈。
V: how about the job market of statistics in china.
M: (有点慌张，因为这个问题没准备，也确实不好回答，但是马上反应过来，往自己的方向上扯)
   you know, my future research in ucla will mainly focus on building models for images
   and graphics with statitstical methods, and to provide them to successive processing and so on,
   and China is in great demand of high quality image processing software, so i think i will find job
   easily after i graduate.... (interupted by V)
V: $$@#%^ after graduation **^^%
M:　u mean my future plan?
V: yes.
M: I will do further research on image processing with statistical
methods in a leading software company in China. You know, with the
rapid development of Computer and Digital TV industry in China,
the high quality image and video processing and compression software
are in great demand. So in China, many leading software companies,
such as IBM China R&D and Microsoft Research Asia, pay great attentions
on developing such software, and they are in great demand of those
who specialized in this area. But as I know, such scholars are very
scarce in China. And my research in UCLA has wide applications in
the field of image and image processing and compression,
reconstruction 3D scene from 2D images.  So it will be very easy
for me to seek a position as a researcher in those companies after
graduation.
V：一边听我说，一边看电脑，在ｄｓ表上画圈，不知道他再搞什么鬼东西，反正没打
断我  ，我就把我准备的都说了。

V: 看成绩单
M：here is a survey about the projects in MSRA and my future research in UCLA,
they are very similiar, so i believe i can find a good job after graduate...
V: you cannot convince me........

可能我的换专业是一个伤疤，而我也没有在刚开始就抓住机会解释清楚，还有未来的老板的
关于换专业的一个解释信，也没给他看。。。。。

另外，刚开始的问题我确实没听清楚，pardon了好几次，可能搞得气氛不太好。
但是他开始就问我：统计专业的job market在中国怎样，有同学帮我分析说可能那时候就不想我过了，：（

还请大家帮我分析一下，另外2000要怎么准备亚？
