我对后人的告诫：
1，    把握1000。 争取1000成功。否则成了夹生饭。
2，    对vo的故作逼人气势有心理准备，吓人的！镇定！

我的求助：
1，    请有人知道拿了lc note 在一个月后签过的， 我准备，8月7日在签，要不真的等
明年马>?
2，      啥是“实质性的改变“? （我们极力建议拧不需再申请签证除非您的情况有实质
性的改变。请您在一年之内不要再来申请非移民签证，若再申请只会浪费您的时间和金钱
。）

3，    我的过程提提意见吧。

我的一签６月１８日上午。形势不错。我１点半签

M: yes,
V: your GRE and TOEFL scores.
M, here they are.
V: you are going to XXXX univ
M, yes.
V: how many schools did you apply?
M, 10
V: how many accepted you?
M, 4
V: did you apply any Chinese schools?
M, no.
V: why you want to go to USA?
M, because USA has the best graduate school in Biomedical field.
V: oh, so since it is so good, why will you come back? (Challenging tone)
M, (nervous) because China is booming in recent years I can find a good job he
re in China after I got my Ph D degree in US. There are many oversea scholars
in my school and they have brought back the most advanced technology to China
and well respected. I want to be one of them. ( I seriously doubt I have made
this clear to VO. I am 结结巴巴，maybe a little  语无伦次。典型的green hand, 对
vo 的心理攻势毫无招架。

M, (ft. just woke up, I am refused for visa. Oh, too bad!)

M, will you see my checklist of the materials I have brought with me?
V: (not look at me.) sorry, your materials have not come yet. Please wait for
5 mintues. After two persons, I　will call you. ( smile, coolJ)

Ｖ，no, I don’t want to see it.
V, what you are doing now?
M, I am an assistant research in my thesis lab.
V, what do you study?
M, cancer.
V, when did you graduate?
M, last summer. July 2002.
V, how much do you make?
M, 1000 yuan a month. ( 后悔没说3000，大错特错！！！)
ｖ，why you want to study in US?
M，I plan to go to US for graduate study when I decided to be a independent re
search scientist in medicine. It is not only because it has the state of art t
he technology, the best professors as mentors but also because the open discus
sion nature of the graduate study and the active communication in the academic
world in biomedical research have a huge advantage over what a Chinese school
can offer.  

To me specially, I have studied for x years in the best xxx school in China fo
r x ears plus one year of research work. I have learned my graduate level cour
se, I will learn very limited things if I study another 5 years here.
( xtt looked at my eyes when I said it as if he has see my heart. $&%%^ if I c
an speak fluently as I write here, it might be better. He didn’t interrupt me
here but I am not sure, if he thought  I was receding something or talking)

V, your plan？
M, my career goal is to become an independent research scientist on cancer who
can contribute directly to improving health care in china, preferably as a pr
ofessor at Peking …
V, do you have a support letter?
M, yes, here is it. and this is a letter from xxxx ( US　school support letter
, I think he just took an glance at them and returned to me)
V: what is your strong bond in China?
Ｍ，( thinking in my head. What is strong bond?　I think I should have asked h
im. I don’t know if I should show him the house certificate and deposit of my
parents. And my family photos or my mentor, after all I decided to say my men
tor first. That decision may really killed me) xxx Univ. is developing quickly
in recently years under strong funding from all directions and favorable poli
cies from the government, a new xxx center is going to be founded here and my
mentor has already endorsed me a position in the center…
V, (xtt is a bit 激动, or say, 激愤，suddenly he said sorry and reached for a

V, no. (stamped my passport) 　

Should I say, I am the only daughter in the family. my mother is xxx and my fa
ther is xxx and they have bought house and have saving ( hand in those certifi
cates). We live happily in China.
I am not sure if I didn’t answer xtt’s questions so he thought I was 文不对题
