4.        从政治上来说，经济是政治的基础，如果国家之间有很好的交流和顺利的经济合作，他们就不太会产生争端，因为其利益在某种程度上相互联系。同时，政府在作一些决策的时候还可以有其他国家类似的情况作参考和借鉴，有利于结合本国国情作出正确决定，少走弯路。
5.        但是从艺术和传统的方面来说，它的与众不同正是其精髓，所以说“民族的就是世界的”。过多的交流可能会因为外界的影响而破坏其本身原有的特色，失去其精华所在，影响了艺术的独立发展。

More and more people began to agree that every aspect such as education, politics, the arts and the sciences will all benefit from the unify of the globe especially in the fields of economics and communication because more contact with each other means more information, and in this case all these aspects will benefit from it more or less, which I don’t quite agree. It is too one-sided and we should analyze this problem concretely.

In my opinion, we need to cut those aspects of society into three parts: one including the technology, economics and education aspects, one including the politics aspect and the other the arts and some traditional facets of the society.

Firstly, considering the technology, economics and education facets, it is far from beneficial of the global unify of economics and communication to them. A global unify means a smooth collaboration between countries – the collaboration in the economics field can pace up the steps of the development of economy of both sides, and similarly, the cooperation on technology is also helpful in the way of decreasing the waste in human resources and other resources and thus pave the way for a further thrive in this field. And in the education aspect, the effect is obvious. The art of teaching greatly depends on the experiences that can be absorbed from other countries or regions that are more experienced.

Secondly, from the aspects of politics, communication is a good method of solving problems too. A famous politician once said, “Economy is the foundation of politics”. If the relationship between the two countries is based on the frequent communication and smooth cooperation in economy, then these two countries will have the least possibility to have conflict, for the interest of each country is somehow involved in one another. At the same time, good communication also helps the government making decisions. The similar situation happened in other countries may give the local government a vivid reference and help it out of some roundabout ways.

But all those above don’t mean that such kind of global networks in the areas like economics and communication have no reverse influences. This can be proved from the aspect of the arts and traditional customs, the essence of which is its unique features. Just like the old saying says, “Only the national is international”, the only way those arts and traditional customs distinguish themselves is to keep those features that are out of ordinary. Though I concede that proper communication is good for their development, however, too much communication or commercialized advertisement for them would bring over bundled influences from the outside world that may destroy the original characteristics and little by little erase what the essence lies, and eventually changed the independent development of the arts and traditional customs.

To sum up, to some extent we can agree that the thriving of global networks especially in the areas of economics and communications are advantageous, at the same time we should admit that there are also a bit of unfavorable effects in it. All that we should do is to face it properly, promote the good half of it while take good control of the other. In one word, just make every effort to help developing of our society.（543）

你的第一个和第二个段落可以合到一起去。没必要分开。都是对自己的gerneral ideas 的陈述。

关于政府部分我提一个负面影响的方面好了：
比如说，如果在以前没有太多和外界的联系的情况下做决策只要考虑自己国内的因素就可以了，但是现在随着各个国家之间的联系的增强导致了决策之前要考虑比以往多的多的因素。也就是说决策的时间增加要考虑的方面增加要进行调研的方面的增加，有的时候也是一种defficiency 。

还有其他很多方面可以进行考虑。
