There would be a plight of government in decidingwhich one should prevail: environment preservation or economic development.Some people would argue that the final goal of movement in economy is toupgrade people's living condition which includes a comfortable environment. Thus, the environment should enjoy the priority of government fund. Nevertheless, those with the view that the economic development is the requisite of social development would otherwise argue that economy pose a more important role in social development. Protection of environment should not block the way of economic growth. Given practical social situation, the government would be more wise to pay attention to the environment protection.

A good environment would offer the commercial demand sufficient raw materials for manufacture. The continue lose of primary rain forest currently have leading to a serious shortage in paper raw materials. The sea and natural lakes are continually deteriorate which have gave rise to the damage to the animals who lives in the deep water and  the supply of the related natural see products have going down gradually. People may feel increasingly lonely because the varieties of the plants and animals are running down at a risky rate. The economy is going to encounter into a huge problem unless the necessary importance in protection of environment can be comfirmly set in the mindset of government officials.Suitable environment can adequately make sure the industry raw material supplywhich fundamentally guarantees the stable improvement of social economy.
