现在想一些issue提纲的时候，大多比较习惯平衡观点。文章就有两部分分别讨论正反面。 那么是否还有必要加一些延伸性的内容。举两个例子。 114. "Humanity has made little realprogress over the past century or so. Technological innovations have takenplace, but the overall condition of humanity is no better. War, violence, andpoverty are still with us. Technology cannot change the condition ofhumanity." 这里是否有必要写一部份讨论 how to make condition of humanity better? 196. "Technology creates more problems than itsolves, and may threaten or damage the quality of life." 这里是否有必要写一部分讨论what to do with technology can we avoid threatening or damaging the quality of life?
