今天居然收到UTD的邮件说materials incomplete，缺transcript eng/orig lang 和 degree certificate eng/orig lang，可是已经寄去成绩单和在读证明了啊，本人大四~ 这样正常吗？网站上查状态也是缺这4个

你的这个问题我也有，发信给小秘的回答：We understand that you will not receive your final college transcript, official degree certificate, and official provisional certificate until you graduate. Once you have graduated, we will need all three documents. An admission decision can be made before we receive all of the documents, but the status of your application will remain “incomplete” until we have received all of the documents.
