在拿到了三封拒信（Cambridge, MSU, UC Davis）之后，终于结束了焦急等待的日子，拿到第一个可以保底的地方。
Good news!

We expect to offer you a funding package that provides a waiver of all tuition and associated fees, and a one-quarter time assistantship, which will pay approximately $8,500 or more for the current nine-month academic year. We hope that you will apply for to the China Scholarship Council for additional support.
按我理解应该是免学费+$8500/year，虽是还要用CSC才能去，相当于大半奖，但终究有第一个offer了，可以踏实干别的事了呵呵。拿到这个offer以后，接下来只等Berkeley, Cornell, Purdue的消息了。

本科：Electrical Engineering, THU，排名19/103
硕士：Public Policy, THU，排名1/29
（第二次跨专业了，呵呵）
GRE: 510, 800, 4.5
Ibt: 103 一篇国内会议EI（英文）
一篇美国会议（英文）
三封推荐信都是硕士阶段的公共政策领域的老师开的（两个中国一个瑞士），其实对我申请农经没太多加分，我感觉。
