[i习作temp] Issue153 求拍,写了两遍才有点感觉,第一遍简直不能看。有拍必回 [复制链接]

题目:ISSUE153 - "Students should bring a certain skepticism to whatever they study. They should question what they are taught instead of accepting it passively."

提纲:1,没有怀疑精神就没有进步,对科技、艺术是这样,对学生的学习也是这样。(这个分了两个自然段)
           2,但过度的怀疑会导致自负和否定一切
           3,过度的怀疑还会导致基础知识薄弱,不利于进一步的发展



Holding skepticism is the key to study and progress, while what students lack of is not the spirit of skepticism but the way of how to use it properly.

No skepticism, no progress, no matter in the realm of science or art. We can think up many cases that the skepticism bring us achievements: in science, Galileo bravely showed that admirable Aristotle was wrong with two falling balls; in art, Da Vinci challenged the religious ideas in his famous painting Mona Lisa lightening humanism. We long have ideas about how powerful skepticism is.

So is to students. As the most active and prospecting group, they are the epitomes of who uses skepticism to work in modern way. Primary students ask that why President Lincoln was so popular and adored by people and still murdered. Middle school students ask that what is between two atoms if it isn't air. High school students could attend the robot competition with the new one they invent. College students are more skeptical about the political system and wondering how to modify it to better service. All of these are where the future lies in as skepticism to whatever they learn and the authorities are as important as intellect and love to us human.

However, the defects of overly skepticism have gradually become obvious. Too much of a thing often bring up a danger. Take America for example. In America, it is common to see in a school that the teacher is always interrupted by students asking questions and the class have to pause for several times; and students feel like to do so as it shows their rebellious spirit and smartness in which they have so many confidents that sometimes they are unwilling to take advices from others. Therefore, self-conceit and denying everything apparently are the most serious problems to education. Even they don't take the responsibility in class, how could they take the responsibility in society?

What's more, the overly skepticism often leads to the lack of basic knowledge. As the American education encourage students to think critically and independently, they often receive less fundamental and overall knowledge of math, language and so forth than the students in China or Japanese where people advocate students to focus on everything in their textbooks with almost little off-class activities and practices. Students have to spend more time in their higher level education learning basic knowledge which they could learn in earlier time actually.

In sum, skepticism is of great importance pushing the society and science forward and educating students with creativity. Yet, too much emphasize on it brings about problems to the normal educating programs and to the study of students. Some modifications should be carried out in our education system to higher achievements.

We long have ideas about how powerful skepticism is.作者举得例子的确不错,但是缺少论证性语言,我们需要把例子引到Students should bring a certain skepticism to whatever they study上面,可以说谁都会出错,老师又不是圣人,然后你在写你的例子,说真理有可能有错,何况是普通的老师呢?所以学生应该勇敢质疑。然后用就很自然地引出了第二段。

All of these are where the future lies in as skepticism to whatever they learn and the authorities are as important as intellect and love to us human.这一段我觉得写的有点偏,作者重点写了,不同阶段的学生可以质疑一些什么,而这道题主要在质疑说学生是不是应该质疑,质疑是不是有好处。作者可以把重点放在讲质疑的好处有什么,然后很自然的就说所以学生应该质疑,又回归了题目的观点。

Even they don't take the responsibility in class, how could they take the responsibility in society? 我个人认为这个例子不足以说明过分质疑不好,最多只能说影响了课堂秩序,如果要说影响了课堂的秩序,需要一个论证的语言去引导大家推出对社会的不负责。是不是可以用一个全面一些的语言去说。

这段说的不错。
