Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Young people should try different job before they decide which job or career they will do in the long term

Try different jobs while working hard on each one

To choose a job suitable for oneself isn't a simple thing.
(which may)It may take one a long period of time （and try）to try different jobs before he settles down on (one particular)the particular( job)one. From my own perspective, trying different jobs before ()one decide which job or career (they )he
will take in the long run is reasonable and meaningful.

At first, people are always not sure which job or career they are about to take (work) in the long run. Such situation is prevailing (in)for the first job seekers, especially those students who just graduated from colleges and universities. They (just)know which kind of jobs attract them but (don't know)have no idea about which one is suitable to them.And they don’t know which job can let them show their abilities and competence, either Most of my classmates have experiences of changing jobs. A good friend of mine went to a multinational automobile company as a first line mechanical engineer after she graduated from the university. However, she quitted the job one year later and
took another as a detailer of a company. Now, after( jumping )three times job-hopping, she is working at an air conditioner selling company as a manager of area market now. When asked, she said she （just）found the proper job after so many working experiences.

Trying different jobs can give one precious experiences and insights into the related areas, which is valuable for his future career. Some kinds of jobs or careers just require their employees to have multiple working experiences, and only those who have tried different job or career (have)are in capacity( in)for such work. One of my classmates now works in an insurance company as a administrate director once said proudly that all he had now
benefits from his experiences (from)in (different)diversified careers.

However, trying different doesn't necessarily mean one doesn't work (seriously)diligently. If one (don't)doesn’t do his best in the present job, no matter how many jobs (he)one has changed, he cannot have any great achievement in (any)his job. So only by working hard in your present career, can the job jumping process meaningful and valuable for your future career.

All in all, I agree that one (can)should try different jobs or careers before their long term job, but he/she must take every job he/she takes seriously .(about every job he/she takes.)
