The stability of a society depends on how it responds to the extremes of human behavior.




To keep a society in stability is an essential task in front almost every citizen, especially for the political leaders. Government, along with the public, whose response to some extremes of human behavior do account for deciding a society smoothly moving forward, however, a proper response to such behaviors dose guarantee a harmonious world. The leaders, elites, as well as every residence should take more measures to keep the society stable.

Few people can deny that a relative consistent environment where no strikes taken place, or say a stable society is a necessity for the region gain development in a significant speed. Almost every people belonged to that society, except for some terrorists, want to keep the world peace. However, sometimes it is inevitable to cause a certain group of people's unsatisfacion, which can cause the extremes of human behavior.
A proper response to this is need if the politicians want to keep the society in peace. In the circumstances that the extreme behaviors do not affect the majority of citizens' interests, for instance political demonstration, the authorities of that society should just let the unsatsifacted express their feelings in a certain degree.
While when the rebels intend to cause the destructive result of that area, the military power is needed to stop them.

Though a appropriate action in respond to the extremes of human behaviors can keep a society stable in most circumstances, it is better to prevent that kind of extremes from happening, it is strive to make the society as a whole, satisfied.

There are at least two actions should be taken in order to build a harmonious society. Firstly, the government should perfect its legislations in order to make a sounded democratic society. Through the democratic ways, the government along with its citizens, can peacely solves the problems that might cause unsatisfacion. Second, the politicians, the mass media, and the scholars, should work together to establish an atmosphere of virtue, such as behave friendly to others, obey the regulations and do not harm other citizens. That kind of atmosphere can set a goal for all the members, striving for the ultimately interests of the society. The People's Republic of China takes efforts to take out those two measures to build a harmonious society as it announced to the world. With the establishing and revising some legislations, a democratic country is on the merge, and with the citizens be educated with the universal virtue,
the peaceful society is begin to forming.

In sum, an appropriate response to the extremes of human’s behavior take account in establishing a stable society, but the best way to be in a harmonious society is to prevent the extreme behaviors from happening, which demand the politicians, elites and all the citizens together to perfect its judicial system, to educate the residents with virtue.
