口语三个Fair？？！！23分？？

我3月20考的。实话实说，竹神救了我。23+24+23+28=98。
本人贪心，想上100分。口语是三个Fair。感觉三个fair这个档次最高分就是23分。发现复议涨分都是从10多到21或22。附上我但是说的文本：
T1：
Personally speaking, I’d like to recommend dumplings to visitors to my country. I have two reasons for holding this opinion. First, I think dumplings are an important element in Chinese culture, because we Chinese always eat dumplings in spring festival, just like American eat turkeys in thanksgiving. Second, dumplings are very delicious. We have seafood dumplings, meat dumplings and vegetable dumplings. Because of this various stuffing, dumplings are also nutritious.
T2：
Personally speaking, I agree that teacher should encourage students participate the discussion in class. I have two reasons for holding this opinion. First, I think class discussion is a good way for students to obtain more knowledge. Students can figure out questions. In discussion, they can obtain different solutions from others. Second, class discuss can make the class more interesting. For example, every students can express they own ideas and opinions with us.
发音还可以，不知我这情况复议是否有戏。

我这要是想上100，肯定是口语上加2分。就是从23到25。首先25这分数就很少。再次，肯定有一个要从fair升到good。不知有没有难度。
