求资深人士解答财产证明问题

今年秋季去美国读书，机票8月7日。
财产证明冻结日期是从去年12月1日起到今年6月30日。我现在有两个问题：
1、学校方面要求：
Original financial documentation proving your ability to finance your tuition, living expenses and health insurance (in U.S. dollars) for the duration of your program.The documentation must be issued within 3 months of the date we receive the documents from you。
这个我该怎么搞？我的是去年12月就开了的冻结啊，他要求近三个月的，问过银行了，银行不会重新开具证明，除非把之前的证明全部交回然后解冻后再冻结。

2、因为学校发I20可能比较晚，我相约7月5号的签证，还需要继续冻结一个月么？那到时候签证官会不会觉得我的冻结时间过短？如果冒险约到6月20的话，再改约日起会不会比较麻烦呢？万一约不到7月可咋办？
