Dream is an eternal topic to human being. When asked about that people should have a challenge dream or a practical dream. The overwhelming majority people claimed that practical dreams are easier for people to achieve. However, others regard practical dreams as lazy choices for themselves. They advocated that challenge dreams lead people to realize their potential. In my perspective, I hold the opinion that people should insist their own challenge dream in the lifetime. My point of view was deeply analysis below.
At the very beginning, it is extremely essential to note that challenge dream will lead people realize their potential. Those who spent persistent effort on their challenge dreams will always succeed in the end. A good case in point can be provided by Ma yun. He used to be an English teacher in a high school. In 1998, he quitted his job and made up his mind to found an E-trade company. After 13 years preserving hard working, his company, taobao, has become the biggest E-trade company in China. According to this case, we can conclude that, challenge dream lead people success and realize their potential. Those who have strong determination and perseverance, the success will certainly come to you in the end.
Another equally important consideration is that challenge dream will bring positive attitude towards people. On no account can we ignore the value of positive attitude. It is a indispensable part of our live which make our work more effectively and people become vigorous during the work.
Last but not the least, challenge dream bring benefit to the society as a whole. It is perhaps more accurate to say that challenge dream stimulus people’s creativity.
Admittedly, practical dream is much easier for people to achieve. However the advantage derived from challenge dream is far outweigh the benefit we gain from practical dream. So it is firmly convinced that to choose a challenge dream is superior to a practical dream as a life goal.
To sum up, when advantages and disadvantages are widely compared, the most striking conclusion is that people should insist their dreams with more challenge than practical dream.

In China, there is an old saying goes: Day as a teacher, life-long father. These words show how far-reaching influence a teacher will have on their students. When it comes to teacher’s teaching style, some people think that a teacher who is serious and strict will be more efficient than an easygoing teacher. Others argue that the reverse is true. From my part, I hold the opinion that a teacher who uses humor and is easygoing is superior to a strict one. My point of view is deep analysis below.
At the very beginning, no one can deny the fact that teacher is vital in cultivating students’ study habit and mental growth. Serious teachers contribute directly to students’ study habits and their characteristic. It is obvious that a serious teacher will make their students become timid and shy. Because, serious teacher tend to blame and punish their students when they do wrong. In this situation, students tend to hide the real thinking in order to get rid of the punishment from their teacher. This phenomenon would lower efficient during the teaching.
Another equally important consideration is that humorous and easygoing teacher can get better teaching result than serious and strict teacher. It is widely accepted that student have positive attitude toward jokes told during the class. It could be an excellence relaxation for their intense nerve for a moment. A good case in point can be provided by my learning experience in New Oriental English School. As we all know, students have negative attitudes towards English grammar class. However, the teachers from New Oriental School are very humorous and easygoing. They always tell jokes during the class. These jokes would not do harm to the teaching effect but provide a good relaxation. It eventually leads to efficiency to students.
Admittedly, teacher who is serious and strict produce positive effect on students such as conformity and obey. However, the advantages derived from humorous and easygoing teacher far outweigh the benefit than we gain from serious teachers.

Do you agree with the following statement? It was easier to achieve success in the past than it is today.
People always chase their dreams in every period of time in the history. With the development of science and society, more and more people acknowledge that the situation they live is getting worse. They have to deal with the fierce competition and mounting pressures. So they draw a conclusion that it was easier to achieve success in the past than it is today. I can’t agree more about this point and I will provide my reasons as follow.
First of all, even through the job market becoming more competitive than ever before and it seem possible to find a job which can satisfy every individual. In my opinion, the job market just reflects the value of every worker. For example if you’re a good writer and want to find a job in a newspaper press，you have to show how talent you’re while in the interview and to win the goal.
Secondly, along with the development of the society, People need to acquire a wider range of ability than ever, and the requirement for every job is higher than before. For example, any individual who know a little about stock or can operate the stock system could be a professional stock broker in the past. In contract, contemporary stock broker are require to pass the stock broker examination first, moreover, they have to do the real operation in the stock market to prove themselves have a talent. Many sophisticate stock products have rapidly exist nowadays. It is becoming harder and harder to grasp success in modern society than ever.
Admittedly, the advance in technologies, such as telephone and internet, bring a great convenience to individual. A case in point can be best provided by the innovation of the internet and telephone. Agree or disagree? The best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers’ salaries.
   There is a public debate today about whether raising teacher’s salary is the best way to improve the quality of education. Those who criticize this behavior argue that increase teacher’s salaries will decrease the efficiency of their work. On the other hand, People who hold the opinion that increase teachers’ salaries is the best way to improve the education quality. In my perspective, I prefer the former idea. My point of views was deep analysis below.
   In the first place, although high salaries will provide teachers a more comfortable environment to well develops their teaching skills, but the higher the salaries, the lazier the teachers. Indeed, it is natural that one pay a higher price will receive a better production eventually in the social life. But in this case, teacher provides student not a production but a service. People can’t manage the quality of services just from price which means some teachers do a little job but receive a high salary.
  Another equal significant reason raise salaries were not the best way to improve the quality of education is high salaries will be a burden both to school and some poor families. To understand the truth of it, it is necessary to have a clear unsentimental picture of the way most country schools were in the past. City school equipment better facilities and it receive strong finance support from government. Compared to city school, the majority of country school has access to just one dark building and even no electricity supplement in most time of a year. If school increase teachers’ salaries, it lead school to cut money down in improving facilities. What’s more, in order to balance the financial condition, school has nothing but to raise study fee. It will also burden many poor families.
  Admittedly, increase salaries have some merits. Such as high salaries could attract more young college study to choose teacher as they career. As a matter of facts, these cases are too weak to strengthen this conclusion. When advantage and disadvantage be fully examined, we can safely draw a conclusion that increase teachers’ salaries weren’t the best way to improve education quality.
  To sum up, the increasing of salaries have many drawbacks such as decrease teacher’s efficiency and bring burden to both school and poor families. There is no denying the fact that it wouldn’t be the best way to improve education quality.
