Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Only movies that can teach us something about real life worth watching.

In the modern society, movies play an important role in people’s entertainment life. However, when asked about whether only movies that can tell us something about real life worth watching. The overwhelming majority people say that the theme of movies should be varied in order to satisfy everyone’s taste. But other people regard movies as an important media in daily life. It should be reflects the real life. From my perspective, I hold the opinion that many kinds of movies are worth watching, not those which can teach us something about real life. Among countless factors which contribute to my position are following conspicuous ones.

At the very beginning, watching movies provides an excellent means for people entertain and communicate. Those who watches movies which only teaching people about real life always feel boring. It must be note that watching movie is a vital entertainment method in modern society. Comedy movies, for example, can bless us with opportunities to have fun and get relaxes. Moreover, movies is more than just a media, it is a means of expression, as well as a vehicle for communication, and as such powerful tool for reaching other human being. By watching comedy movies, all family member have a good opportunities to get together to share happy moment. Obviously, the relationship between family members will be developed.

Another equally important consideration is all kinds of movies provide a way to preserves individual’s dream in childhood. There is no doubt that people in growing number beginning to complain that work is more stressful and less leisurely than in the past. The majority of people used to imagine being an explorer or a super hero when they grow up. Moreover, it is seem quite obvious that science fiction movies can fulfill people’s dreams. Consequently, the other topics of movies such as fiction movie provide people a way to get rid of the stresses from the real world. Therefore, it is widely accepted that many people have positive association with different kinds of movies.

Admittedly, basic to any understanding of the benefits we can get from the issue is that, indeed, movies that can teach us something about real life are valuable. It shows us how to deal with problems that we all face in our lifetime. For example, we can learn how to survive if we live in an isolated island from the movie “cast way”. Although we can totally absorb the knowledge and spirit from the movie that teach us something about real life, the topics of movies shouldn’t be limited. When the advantages derive from other types of movies is far outweigh the advantages from the movie which only teach people about real life.

To sum up, due to the above mentioned reason, I reinforce my stand point that not only movies which teach us something about real life are valuable; other kind of movies should be accepted by us either.
