Syllabus：
1.        Position：部分agree，因为国家本身的影响也很重要
2.        从经济的角度来看，现今全球化的世界，国家与国家间相互影响，一个国家的进步或退步将会影响整个世界的局面（美国的经济不景气等，联合带动了全球的不景气）
3.        国与国间的合作关系更为密切，卫生方面：合作防制SARS的等
4.        国家本身进步的动力也很重要，如给予金钱资助或提供良好的制度给落后之国所能带起的进步只怕有限，因落后国家的程度不足，因此要提高国家基本的程度
5.        结论


The trend of globalization has substantially bound the economic interdependence of various countries more closely in today’s world. The development of a country, therefore, is necessarily linked to other countries as the speaker claims. However, in my view, there is no doubt that the progress of a society or country surely takes advantages from this newly rising interrelation among countries, but another significant element leading to advance- the country itself- cannot be neglected.

To begin with, in the respect of economy, countries are closely connected with each other through the global financial system and the global market; Thus, the economic situation of leading countries, no matter prosperity or decline, in the global market would inevitably impact other countries whose profits are intensely related to them. In the economic system of Taiwan, for example, the United States once held major proportion of Taiwan’s export trade. Therefore, during the period of American flourishing economy, economic development of Taiwan also rapidly grew up, which hence established the Taiwan’s economic foundation today. However, in recent years America faces serious problems of economic recession resulting from the collapse of Dot-com to the war upon IRAQ, etc. And then, unfortunately, this economic crisis of America also imperils the economic development of Taiwan, an export-oriented nation. Americans with lower salaries today might disincline to buy consumer products such as clothes possibly coming from Taiwan or the American investors with lessening funds might reduce, or even give up, the their investment of Taiwan, which strongly shocks the development of Taiwan. Thus, it is apparent that countries acting as a guiding role in the economic stage profoundly influence the growth of other countries.

Besides, no country could have possibility to evade this irresistible tendency of globalization; it seems like different countries in the world are actually at the same boat. Therefore, The partnerships, built on a mutual help basis among different countries, are more common than they used to be. For instance, SARS, a slippery contagious coronavirus, took hundreds of people’ lives away around the world; Thus, the prevention and treatment of SARS became the preoccupied task of all nations. As we know, countries with advanced medical knowledge provide their equipment or experience for others that need help. In fact, they not only save countries in danger but also protect the security of themselves.

Although the trend of globalization undoubtedly benefits the progress of a country, however, people should not overlook another key role of pushing a country move forward, that is, country itself. The source of progress and the competence of a country, in fact, mostly depend on the level of education that its people possessed. It is no surprising that even aided a great deal of finance or provided with healthy political system, a country that owns third-rate quality of education or whose people are not patriotic to it might merely make limited progress. Thus, government and education system should devote to cultivate its people the concept of patriotism that urges them to contribute their achievements to the fatherland. Meanwhile, they also should prepare people adequate knowledge and skills to survive in today’s extremely competitive world.

In conclusion, whether reviewed from the respect of economy or the fact that many increasing partnerships among countries, the progress of a country surely related to others in today’s globalization world. But people should not ignore another significant, or even basic, factor of impelling country get advanced — country itself. In addition, for maintaining the continuous advance of a country, the governments and education systems ought to take the charge of preparing their people the concept of patriotism and sufficient ability to compete not only with people in their homeland but also with people in the world as a whole.

你文章还好了，但是，文章题目是material well-beiing 要necessarily connected w/ other countries..其实，可以从正反对比来说，有好影响也有坏影响，还有也可以从spiritual feilds来说。精神领域，文化领域。
不过你的也不错，说其他国家有影响但是自己国家的内部影响也不可以忽视。

作文的结构很清楚啊,提纲贯彻得很好.
不过好像三段的开头都是用的孙远吧, 尽量避免吧,你想想啊, 就那么一本书, 每题一个提纲,无数人用啊, 语句雷同且不说, 内容上重复的太厉害了. 而且书上那些东西也是参差不齐,不是孙远写的, 是新东方雇人写的, 为了出书赶时间赶得厉害, 里面很多有好大漏洞句子和主张.

这题的题纲当初实在想了太久，所以不得不用孙远的了，现在想来也的确是有些风险，嗯..下次改正  :P
