Goodmorning. I am glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is XX. I was born in Beijing. In 2004 I was admitted by University to pursue a bachelor degree in Law.
The undergraduate education gaveme a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. Thefollowing six-year working experience offered me a good chance to give fullplay to my creativity, intelligence and diligence. In 2004-2010, I worked as anassistant to procurator in Anti-Corruption bureau in people’s procuratorateof Beijing. My work is help procurator to investigate and collect evidence, inorder to verdict someone is guilty of a crime. During this period, I havepracticed my professional expertise in Law, demonstrated my abilities andperfected my communication skills.

For some reasons, I’ve changed myposition from Anti-Corruption bureau to Public prosecution division II sincelast year. As a acting prosecutor, that means a lawyer who is trying to provein a court of law that someone is guilty of a crime. With properinterrogations, I need to review the materials of the case and ensure there issufficient evidence provided and verified, including the witness testimony,physical and documentary evidence, identification result and
statement of the accused. And, I will pursuit thiscase to the court and show the evidence ,and even debate with defense attorney.

How do I think of my job? I would bevery pleased to be regarded as a procurator. And I find young people of mydepartment very exciting. They have an air of freedom. We can share our options equally.
