1.我的con-offer上面除了deposit money还有学费一、医保、caution、visa fee、membership，我把这些加上deposit money一共4W多HK$的钱都办理成一张汇票寄去可以吗？
还是非得先交DEPOSIT.我已经决定接受EEM的OFFER了,财产证明也开了

2.where the fuck is the "Notice of Understanding"?  Anybody here know?

（我指的是——

enclosed “Notice of Understanding”
可是找遍这张网页也没有Notice of Understanding在哪里）


3.申请VISA材料：
Photocopy of travel document containing personal particulars, date of issue, date of expiry and/or details of any re-entry visa held (if applicable). For applicants who are currently staying in HKSAR, photocopy of his /her travel document page containing the latest arrival stamp/extension of stay label in HKSAR. Chinese resident of the Mainland please also submit a photocopy of his/her People's Republic of China resident identity card (PRC ID).
指的是港澳通行证吗？估计得6月8号才办好，可是学校让我6.8之前寄材料。
暂时没有会不会影响申请VISA？届时补过去？

原来NOTICE OF UNDERSTANDING在小蜜给发的邮件里。邮件的program details enclosed真自相矛盾
