大家好，关于ust的几个问题

1，终于等来的ust的offer（msc，ee）。我在申请网站上接受了offer，然后出现一个depositfee（8000）。看了下说明，他要求电汇或银行支票付款，然后一起寄到学校，他的mailcover里面说：Please print, complete and send this form together with the required documents to the address below。里面的required documents是什么？是不是只要汇票？2，接下来有个链接“view offer letter”，里面有如下一段内容：

Offer Acceptance Procedures to be completed before June 13, 2011
1. Pay the deposit of HK$8,000 (non-refundable and non-transferrable)
Please note the deposit is to confirm that you would definitely start the program accordingly. Since there are
applicants on the waiting list and there is quota for each program, it is very important to confirm the offer and
settle all required fee on time. If for whatever reason, you would change your study plan, please inform us
immediately.
2. Pay the followings the same time:

Balance of the first installment of program fee of HK$35,260 (non-refundable and non-transferable)

Caution money of HK$300

Medical Insurance fee of HK$561 (subject to review for 2011 Fall intake)

Visa application and mailing fee of HK$400
3. Reply on LANG 504 or LANG 509 and/or PDEV 502 enrollment (and pay the fee, if appropriate).
LANG 504 and LANG 509 are English courses while PDEV 502 is a job hunting course for full-time
students. Details please refer to the New Student’s web page.
4. Read the program details at the New Student’s web page (details provided above) and complete the
enclosed “Notice of Understanding”
5. Complete the form on “Application of University Housing (or not)” at the New Student’s web page
6. Submit all the above by mail to the program office of which the address please refer to the New
Student’s web page
Upon receipt of your payment, “Notice of Understanding”, and completed “Application of University Housing”,
an acknowledgement email will be sent to you.


首先是留位费，这是不退还的。
第二条是“pay at the same time”，里面有第一期的学费，是35260港币。请问我也要同时电汇过去吗？这同样是non-refundable的。现在我只是conditional-offer，万一我没有按时毕业这钱岂不是收不回来了？
除此之外还有cautionmoney等等，这些分别怎么电汇？要不要寄汇票？是不是和depositfee的汇票一起寄？

后面是before 7月15日要做的事：
其中有条是提交IELTS的 certified true copy。我只有一份成绩单，怎么给？

雅思成绩单要上雅思官方网站申请寄送一个正本的成绩单，俗话说官送，就是到雅思网站上申请，然后写上你要寄到的地方，必须是正规的大学，然后去汇钱，之后british concil就会寄送成绩单到学校了，寄送时候会给EMS号你，这样你就可以上网上查询学校是否已经签收。希望可以帮到你

雅思成绩要正式送分~~就是到雅思网站去。。让考试机构送一份成绩到学校 然后要交点钱
required document就是几个要签字的文件 house 还有语言课 还有notice of offer还是什么的需要签字

ee是工学院的吗？工学院的offer第二页有个网址，然后有个用户名和密码 去那个网址看 信息都在那儿

话说。。。这些东西。。看的时候仔细点嘛

我是一项一项弄的，但是因为我现在人在香港工作，直接写几张支票寄给学校他们就兑付了，完全没有成本手续费等，所以还是建议你们问下学校，如果可以最好能一起汇，因为国内汇到香港成本太高了 3# klxyxyywq
