为什么FMJVisas和SHANGHAI NIV回复的邮件差别好大呢？

上海F1签证，5.24签的，check已经一个月了，发邮件给FMJVisas和上海领事馆发邮件问了签证现在的情况，回复的邮件差别好大耶~~这个是什么情况呢？到底我什么时候才能拿到签证呢？会不会被拒签呢？


FMJVisas的回复是：


Thank you for contacting the Student/Exchange Visitor Visa Center.


A check of the records at the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai indicates that your F-1 student visa application is currently undergoing administrative processing in order to verify your qualifications.  


Administrative processing usually lasts about 60 days or less, but can take longer in some instances.  We realize that any period of wait can be frustrating, and we are sensitive to the fact that the purpose of the nonimmigrant visa program is to facilitate legitimate travel to the U.S.  Nonetheless, the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai, like all U.S. Embassies and Consulates, must adjudicate visas in accordance with the provisions of the law.  


While we cannot predict when the processing of your case will be completed, please be assured that the Consulate General and the Department of State are aware of your concerns and will do all we can to see that it is adjudicated as soon as possible once your qualifications have been fully verified.  When complete, or if additional information from you is needed, you will be notified by the consular staff in Shanghai.
