大部分是重述听力的内容检查了一下觉得阅读的内容也没有冗余感

都说综合的理想字数是210——230之间这么多事不是太多了？

文章如下，恳求拍砖~有拍必回~

In the lecture, the lecturer mainly expresses some opinions that are totally different from the ideas in the passage.

To begin with, the lecture says that the 4-day working policy will not reduce the costs of a company, since if the company hires more workers, it would force the company to spend much more on training the new workers and offer them medical benefits. Besides, hiring more working means that there have to be more office spaces as well as computers. These additional costs will probably reduce the company's profits, which contradicts the idea of the passage that the 4-day policy would bring more benefits to the company.

Then the lecturer argues that the policy would not reduce the unemployment rate. This is because, in his opinion, the company could have other options rather than hiring new workers so as to inhibit the additional costs. And the company could make the employees work overtime to make up the differences, namely, although it would allow its workers to work for 4 days a week, it would force them to finish the tasks amount to 5 days'. Thus, there would not possibly be more mew employees, the jobs would become unpleasant, and the employment rate could not be improved, which opposes the idea in the passage.

Finally, the passage holds the point that owing to the policy workers would have more available free time to accompany their family, take a party and so forth. However, according to this lecture, the fact goes another way: it would not improve the workers' quality of life, since 4-day workers would lose their jobs more easily when there is a financial problem in the company. Besides, it would risk those 4-day workers' of passing over promotion, because the company prefers those 5-day workers, whom are thought more suitable to be a manager as they must spend 5 days per week to superintend other employees.
