Claim: Universities should require every student to take a variety of courses outside the student's major field of study.

Reason: Acquiring knowledge of various academic disciplines is the best way to become truly educated.

Should universities require every student to take a variety of course outside the student's major field of study? As we apparently enter a brand-new era which can be termed as " The age of knowledge explosion", we are increasingly concerned about being left behind by this rapidly developing society duo to our insufficient wisdoms
and skills. For that matter, the speaker claim that a varying range of discipline should be required by higher education institutes in order to help students to be "truly educated". However, is it of necessity to learn knowledge of all the present fields? I highly doubt the feasibility and necessity of it.
It is patent and reasonable for the measure's protagonists to substantiate the , requirement made to the university. Hardly can we be more intelligent , nor informed, merely by narrowly studying the development of a certain area, no matter how systematic and well we acquire, even master them. A student majoring in mathematics can never understand how to appreciate the nature beauty merely by logical thinking , nor a expert specializing in aesthetic can not get to know the profound influence of Einstein on the field of modern physics. Indeed, studying different aspects of human civilization is a effective way to be an educated person. And when we define the purpose of education is to cultivate civic with better understanding about the general process of human progress and with a high moral sensitivity, to have students to learn differentiated fields of knowledge is essential and productive.(这段主要是写教育确实应该包括所有范围 但是TS非常不明确 所以自我感觉不好 全部删除 然后应该这么写
在首句就指出:Due to the realistic circumstances, acquiring differentiated subjects of knowledge is crucial to our individual achievements and , to some extent, our social and human progress. The reasons are as followed, firstly。。。。。, moreover。。。。, and the manifestation of the necessity about expanding students choices of curriculum is that 。。。。。。

While we admit the significance of introducing students various kinds of information to shape them into well-inform citizens, we could not lose our sight of the fact that, in such a technology-oriented society, having a overall instead of specific knowledge is always turn out to be futile. Many college students, when entering into the society, complains a lot about the difficulty of implementing what they learned in schools to the practice of their jobs. The problems are often considered as the result of university failing to equip their students with specific skills they will need in the future career. (这段也该直陈TSlose our sight of the fact that universities are, at least partly, designed to be responsible for students' successful and smooth future career, which means when it comes to the decision-making about the curriculum arrangement, the target of cultivating them into adequate employees with professional skills and abilities should be taken into consideration. For that matter, Rather than providing them with bunches of disciplines of no practical uses, colleges' boardings should focus on what deeper and detailed skills and knowledge of a certain area they can bring to students, above all, when eventually confronted with each other in the near future after they have their commencement, it is the specific and unique skills and expertise they possessing distinguish them from other candidates and help them get the job.
By contrast, sticking rigidly to the claim of the speaker is not as reasonable as I mentioned above, the universities' fail to recognize the underlying target of college education, which is , as far as I am concerned, to help them being better informed in some certain area and thus have an ideal job. Focus is needed to make the purpose to the realization, which equally denying the claim made by the speaker because the time spending on a certain field can not be used simultaneously on the other fields. If we pay our attention on each subject of knowledge, just like what the speaker requires, we will find ourselves gain nothing but a abstract and discursive generalization of information, which is counterproductive to our precognition about knowledge.
Turn our attention to a more realistic fact about the capacity of human's brain,  although scientific researchers assert our brains' potential is way underutilized, however, we still have to admit that the ability to learn do have a limitation, even though it varies from one individual to another,Nobody can guarantee the efficiency of learning different subjects,
varying from the social science like sociology to the abstract and recondite natural subjects representing by biology. To the even worse, commonsense informs me that when we put ourselves among various systems of thinking, and multiple organizations of information,  we will end up with being confused, instead of being enlightened.
To sum up. considering the abundance of knowledge in the modern society, it is crucial to have different skills and information in order to know the world better, however, the speaker ignore the negative effects of the excessive knowledge lead to the additional and unnecessary pressure on the college students and the limitation of human's ability to effectively acquire the knowledge. College students, in the meantime to study various types of subjects, should focus on their attention on their own fields.
