[有些人觉得他们可以靠自己或者家人的帮助，解决important problems.因此，人们不需要政府的帮助。* l9


There are many problems along the way of life. Some of them are easy to handle while some may trap us in a very tough situation. Faced with such problems, being independent or asking help from only family , of course, is worth admiration, but(however我觉得 更合适), in my opinion, keeping the problems away from the government is not always the best choice.

A reasonable citizen should know that his or her life is not only （is ）influenced by other factors , but also has effect on lives of others. The relationship in the society is like a giant invisible net. Any move of one single person can cause tiny or large fluctuation of the whole net. So one individual's problems, no matter who （what） they are, may not be his or her own problems; they are likely to become a new focus that all of us should pay attention to because it's the same society we live in.

Living in the society needs cooperation which（and cooperation） needs leaders. So I think that's why we have government. Government is human's invention for solving public problems which are initially important problems for individuals. Supposed that everyone solve travel problems on his own, by bike or car, would the bus have come up? And what about the convenient railroad systems? If everyone or every family close the door and face alone whatever he or they encounter in life, the society will never develop no matter how advanced technology someone is using because nothing benefits the public.


Government should keep
)informed of what is bothering its people, although its people are supposed to know what kind of problems is worth informing the government. Some problems can be defined as important, but it can be solved by oneself according the already developed way of handling such problems. Or it needs only a little tolerance and compassion to solve conflicts between neighbours. Sometimes good operation of the government also needs qualified citizens.To conclude, faced with important problems, asking for help from the government is beneficial for the individual, the government and the public.
