这算模板回复么？

6月21日在上海被check，EE专业，ShanghaiNIV@state.gov让我7月23日以后发邮件询问，于是我就去问了，得到回复如下：

Greetings,

Your administrative processing is coming to an end.  If you haven’t received your visa or a refusal letter in the mail in five business days please write back on that day.

Regards,

Shanghai NIV

里面为什么会出现了可能会有的“a refusal letter”……这算是常见的模板回复么？是不是有凶兆？一般来说 coming to an end 岂不是都是很喜气的？这句话看起来却是暗藏杀机啊……

大家有见过这种回复 coming to an end 的么？

搜了一下，我看到大家收到的 coming to an end 回复，有如下两种版本：

1、We are happy to notify you that your administrative processing is coming to an end. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the atypical processing.

2、Your administrative processing is coming to an end. If you have not received your passport with visa in three to four business days please write back. Writing sooner could further slow the process.

里面看起来都是确定保证申请人能拿到visa的，不可能有什么“a refusal letter in the mail”的啊。不知道我这种算什么情况？是不是我多心了啊？
