People should take a secure job one finding one insteaded of waiting for a job that
they find more satisfied in.
  With the advent of graduation season,there is not any topic hotter than career hunting
and all kinds of interviews among graduation students.Thoes who have been experiencing
myriads of interviews,always confront a paradoxical choice,which is hard and frustrated
for them to decide.When asked whether we should take a secure job insteaded of waiting
for a satisfied job,different people hold different opinions.Many people hold the opinion that a job you
won't lose easily is As for as I am concerned,I prefer to choose a satisfied job which
is more challenging rather than have a secure job in my career.In this essay,I will
demonstrate why I tend to wait for a better job.
  To beging with,no one will deny that secure jobs is a good job because of many reasons.
Fisrtly,a secure job is a kind of work without competetion.That means you have no pressure
when you face the work.What's more,secure jobs enables people to find better ones in the
future because they have enough time to prepare themselves to get a satisfied job they
want.For instance,Meng Fei,a chinese famous TV host,did different jobs such as works,editors
and so forth before he became a welcomed host in Jingsu TV.For the sake of host,he has
been studying until he achieved his goal.
  Contrary to the ideas of many people is my opinion that I like a job with challenging.
The better job will give you a sence of accomplishment which differs from generally works.
I will feel bored if I faced the work which does not need enough ablity.I'm a person with
a spirit of adventure,so a job fill with competetion fits me well.The satisfied ones will bring
you a great confident and make a progress constantly.This can lead to a pleasing result---
high quality of life.Only satisfied jobs and satisfied jobs can give you a huge harvest you
never gain.Apart from,better jobs are alwasys offered by major companise.Working in major
companies implys you have a platform to seize more oppotunities,which is very significant
in your career.
  In a nutshell,as a proverb says:"Different jobs bring differnt lives."Only through
taking a satisfid job can we fulfill our potential and find our niche in the future.I wish I
can catch a luck to find a better job after graduation.

Advertising is a waste of time and money because customers already know what's they want.
Nowdays,no one will deny that shopping has become a indispensible and improtant part of
our daily life.We buy almost everything in markets and halls such as food,vegetables,clothes and
furnitures that we need to ues everyday.Some questions came across my mind.Why customers choose
this product directly?Why some merchandises are welcomed among coustomers?What influence
customers most when they are purchasing things?There is no any doubt that the answer is advertising
that makes some signigicant effets on shoppers.
  Some people hold the opinion that they already know what's they want,and therefore it's
waste of time and money on watching advertising.Contrary to the ideas of some people is
my opinion that I think it is worth knowing the information of advertising.We customers
may have difficulty in choosing goods due to variety of choices in supermarket when
we buy things.There is no better way to know each and every aspect of the products in the easiest
than to get information about merchandises from advertising.To further clarify my demonstration,
I would like to quote a example of my mother.We needed a new refrigerator when we moved
to the new house.In the beginning,my mother confronted a confused problem that she did not know which
brand of refrigerator we should purchase.Then she get information from advertisments by searching
the Internet and reading newspapers.This leads a ideal result,she made a decision decisively.So to speak,
my mother could not have brought a refrigerator as soon as possible without the help of
advertising.
  Additionally,customers have a tendency to buy things that they are familiar with.It is
known a fact that the more advertisements that people have been watched,the more products will be
bought.Currently,neither of any methods can get a better understanding of products except
advertisments.Not only advertising provide us myriads of information,but it also help us
make decisions more quickly with less energy.With the information of advertisments,we can   
exactly know what we really want and where we can buy the things near us.
  In a nutshell,advertising is not a waste of time and money for customers,is a way of
helping customers.They do help a customers to know,choose,compare and purchase.What's more,
advertising have opened a new age of globalization and consequently we can buy products made
in foreign country.

Children should learn how to handle money especially when they're young.
  Many people hold the opinion that it is unnecessary for young children to learn how
to handle money of many conditions.Contrary to the ideas of many people is my opinion
that is significant to teach children money management skills and financial awareness
when they are young.The following essay will demonstrate why teenagers should learn how
to handle money.
It is known a fact that money is not available.Children,albeit young,need to know the
meaning of money and how to make full of money.The good habitats of spending money will
give them a great help in their future.A survey from China Daily indicated that thoes
children who learn money management skills are more likely to become adults who can make
sound financial decisions,less excessive debts,and manage income and expenses to reach
their financial goals.Thoes good financial skills are due to good habits they had learned
in their childhood.
Furthermore,children's attitude about money are most influenced by their parents,the media,
peers,and their own successes and failures in spending money.There is no better way to
teach them financial awareness than to give them allowances.Young children,like ten year
olds are ready for an allowance plan which will help them handle their expenditure.
What's more,children should be encouraged to put aside money as savings for planned large
expenses like gifts for Christmas, birthday's presents for friends and so on.They also should
be taught that money can not represnt everything in the world,expecially emotions.Money can
drive you to the peak of happiness,and throw you to the bottom of loneliness.What is meant by
that is we,including young children should spend money rationally.
In conculsion,learning how to handle money is a continuous process.Children who have been
taught to manage money from an early age will be better savers and better investors and
will make sound decisions later in life.Only through teaching young children money management
skills,can they have a bright future.
