RT，2012fall是指2012年秋季入学吗？我在duke的网页上看到写着这样的话，这是什么意思？

我看到的是这个：
REGULAR DECISION
Most applicants to Duke apply through Regular Decision. If you choose this option:

You should file the Duke Student Supplement and a non-refundable application fee as soon as possible after the application is available to you, and no later than January 2 (or by December 10 to be eligible for an alumni interview). You may file the Student Supplement before or with the Common Application or the Universal College Application.
You should submit all parts of the application by January 2.
You will be notified of the admissions decision in early April.
Your reply to an offer of admission is due by May 1, if you choose to accept the offer.
