Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? More and more people spend too much money on their pet (dogs, cats and others), although there are better uses for these money.

“Pets are the best friends of human beings” nobody can deny it. Since then, an increasing number of people take pets as their family members. People are willing to buy any kinds of stuff for their pets, like food, toys and even clothes. Others point out that people should spend for better use. From my perspective, people are spending too much money on their pets, and they should make a plan on to use the money wisely.(开头写的精彩)

First and foremost, it is reasonable that people purchase food and toys for their pets, but for the clothes and some decorations, I can not agree more. Animals in clothes can be seen everywhere outside, especially when it comes to Spring Festival, people would prefer putting a lot of decorations on their pets like a small cap, some tiny shoes and even a scarf around their neck. Are these necessary? Do the pets really love them? My brother has a dog named John. One day, he wanted to put John into clothes to see how it looks, but John kept running away from him. It shows that John dislikes the clothes and these decorations seem to make it uncomfortable. Accordingly, this persuasively illustrate that spend money on unnecessary things like clothes on pets is a waste of money.

Besides, there are a lot more meaningful things for people to spend money with(on). Like use the money to help those poor families and enable their children get to study, or use the money to purchase some books to obtain more knowledge to broad our horizon. These are more significant (and deserved) than useless decorations on the pets.

What’s more, these are a lot more people can provide for the pets rather than spending money on them. When people feel upset it is always their pets (that) stay around with them and console them. In turn, pets have their period of depression and want the owner to accompany them and offer more time and love to them. Every week, my brother would spend some time with his dog John no matter how busy he is. When I asked why he would do that, he told me that once he was busy with his work and haven’t play with it for a long time, finally, when he thought of John and went to find it, John was angry with him and did not respond him even he tried out some tricks. Thus, the details above strongly uphold my convincing point that money is not omnipotent, people should treat their pets whole heartedly (heartily衷心地, 热心地;heatedly热情地，激动地，貌似没有heartedly这个词 dict.cn).

In s nutshell, a lot more people spend their money on their pets, and they should spend their money for better use. Moreover, they need spend more time with the pets rather than money.

Stepping into the theaters, you can see all kinds of movies there, like comedy, love（romance）, and fantasy. Some are closely connected to people’s daily lives like My Father and Mother. Some are purely fiction ones like Avatar. People hold different perspectives toward these movies. Some may claim that only through those can teach us something about real life is worth attention, some may hold the opposite ideas. I, given the chance to stand my point, prefer to endorse that all kinds of films worth our attention no matter(whether) they can teach us a lesson or not.
Commonly, when people frustrated, need incentive to encourage themselves, they tend to choose some films which are closely bond to their life, like a famous film the Forrest Gump. In it, Gump is a person with low IQ, but he never give(gave) up doing the things (everything) he want. Even(Though) he was always laughed at by the children around him, he just kept going. This kind of spirit often reminds (encourages) us to never give up until I succeed. Since the plot in the film is common in our daily life, people always tend to choose such realistic film to help them stand up and keep on going to chase their goals.

However, reasons people watch films are not constricted to get encouragement. Some may just want to drive away their lassitude and help them relax and relief the pressure from their daily work and study. My father who is a doctor, he faces lots of patients and has to read a lot of books on weekdays. He would choose some comedies to help him relax on weekends. He told me this can often help get a rest effectively and enables him back to work with more efficiency.

What’s more, some may prefer action movies to appreciate special effects made by the film. Like the 3-D movie Pirates of the Caribbean 4 I seen months ago, it was really amazing and I were totally involved into the plots while I was watching it. Movies like that also worthy watching.

In sum, films with realistic themes can teach us a lesson. But movies do not have to be realistic and teach a lesson in order to be worthwhile. The definition of worthwhile is different from person to person. Everyone can get the things they want through these films. All the movies are worth appreciating.
