[求助] 路过的大侠们,作文真心求批改。 [复制链接]

对于抽象类题目总是没思路。今天这个也是超过半小时才写出来的,我知道要是在考场上,这就废了,因为想不了这么长时间,也写不了这么多字。但写了半天,还是鼓起勇气拿出来让大家帮忙修改,哪些有用,哪些没用要删除的,请多提建议。先谢谢了。
题目:Do you agree with the following statement? People holding different views cannot achieve success as a team.

Everyone in the team works together and shares sorrow and happiness since they always have the same goal to achieve success. When encounter a problem, they discuss with each other and come up various solutions. Then each approach will be carefully analyzed with its merits and shortages and members will finally select the best one or make a compromise. During this progress, there is often this circumstance that someone always takes the opposition and he is easily considered to be someone who is unharmonious and will not get success. However, I still think that a team really needs someone like that and someone like that may be more success than others.

For a team, I think it really needs a person who holds different views. For instance, when the team got a task or a problem, the first thing for them to do is to search for the materials about it and make their own ideas and solutions. When they took out their project, everyone was confident in their solution and thought it was perfect but indeed they may ignore some key points. However, if a person with cool brain can scrutinize the project carefully and even point out some faults. That would help the team avoid some unnecessary troubles or lost or help them reach the destination more directly. Because I think a real good team is one that lets its members to present different opinions and others are willing to accept them or even make a concession. Finally they put out a well-discussed project and get a success, what they receive is not only just on the economy but a better understanding of their mates and the reliance on them. It is more important for a team to develop rather than get a success.

Also, as an individual, I think he should equip a critical thinking, never accept an idea easily or refuse it absolutely. Because in a team, it needs a person to lead the team and have the responsibility for it. This person is not someone to make everyone happy but can guide them by right means. And this can make him outstanding from others and can easily be appreciated by his manager. It could be an opportunity for him to prompt up. Then I will say this behavior makes him more easily success than others. His advantages are shown during this situation especially his wisdom. Even this person may be not the best or the cleverest among workers but his ability to hold the whole situation is a basic requirement of a leader or a successor and his shortages can be compensated(弥补) by his team. So the person like that has more chances to get success.

Additionally, I have to admit that someone with opposite ideas may make others feel boring or even they will isolate him or expel him out of the team but if he can explain his intention well to his mates and let them know he has no offence. I think a rational one will more likely to work with this person. It is also a chance for them to check themselves and really a process to improve oneself. It is an interaction which is benefit for both sides.

Overall, I will reiterate my view that a team needs such a person who can shout out a team's errors and endure others' scoffs can help it form a good working atmosphere and make it have more competitiveness and one with that character will have a great mind to success. You know what I mean--independence but never separation or isolation.
