Do you think that young people in today are less dependent on their parents than in the past. H/ k: A$

As we can see, alone with the development of science and technology, young people, especially teenagers like me are living a better life than our parents used to. This has also changed the relationship and pattern of life between parents and their children, I think we are totally more dependent on our parents than in the past both mentally and financially.

First, the advent of internet revolutionized the way young people express themselves. For egs, Youngsters can get sorts of knowledge by surfing the internet themselves instead of asking their parents for answers and We can talk with our friends though various kinds of communication software at anytime we need; Alter to the old ”I will tell my parents at the dinner table”, Now, share what’s new or funny things happened around us by twitteris is a new fashion. Sometimes  we can  even  express our deepest feelings or private stuff in our blog, anyone even a stranger who read it can give us his opinions and tell us what he think is the right thing to do. It seems that parents was not the in first place any more when we meet some adolescence troubles or have something to tell, and stuff in the internet can really change the way we establish our world view, which may not alike to our parents any longer . So, the internet made youngsters far more dependent mentally than in the past for there spring out so many ways to express feelings and stress , talk to parents is not the only choice now.

Secondly, walking on the street, except the nice cloth in the windows, we can see full of different ads for part time jobs. The advance of society and economic offered so many part time jobs suit for young people. Now, what we can do is not limited to the little postman or little milkgirl anymore. We can do a lots of part time job and gain our own money though working to buy stuffs we want. This situation will lighten our parents’ financially stree and also give us a chance to be an “intern ”of a programme named how to live on myself. As long as we are willing to work hard  We are not so bind up to our parents financially any more.

Compared with a rude person it is obvious that the polite one can always gain more preference. So can we just assert that under no circumstance should one be rude to another person? I think the answer is no.

To begin with, I agree that we will definitely benefit a lot from being polite, nevertheless come back to earth we are human beings with emotions, it's nature that we will be wrath,irritate,agitate. If we can’t express our anger or sadness by being rude to others, we may have to annihilate them by ourselves. Alone with the stress this society given us, those negative emotion which will directly lead to some healthy problems mentally. Is is really unfair for us to be hurt by other people and then by ourselves again. So, I think occasionally being rude to those who hurt us and deserve some punishments may be a great way to express ourselves and keep us healthy.

What’s more, in many cases, those who really cares about you won’t care the attitude or the social etiquette when you were really in a bad mood or being desperate for some reason. For instance, Once I asked my sister who had just broke up with her boyfriend what for breakfast she just picked up my bowl ,threw it against the wall, and stormed out to the barn. Instead of feeling angry, I felt very happy. Between real friends and family, we should tolerate and help each other when someone is going through a bad time. I don’t hope she to be polite to me all the time, which I think belongs to social contact. Being rude to real friends and family can sometimes show and enhance both the close relationship and intimacy.

To sum up, Being rude to others may destroy one’s social image at some degree, but it’s substantial and vital for our healthy and it won’t hurt our real friends or family because those who love us will understand.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statements? Since most people can solve their problems by themselves or with the help from their families, the help from government is often not necessary. Use specific reasons to support your answer.

All our life we may meet thousands of problems, some will even change our life. I strongly agree with the opinion many people held that with the help from our family or endeavor from ourelves all problems can be solved in the end turn out better or worse compared to our image. But does that suggest the help from government is often not necessary? I cast doubt on it, it’s apparent that we need the help from the government all the time.

To begin with, with the help from the government, we can solve the problem more easily rather than wasting a lot of our time and money. Instead of taking subway, I can walk to school, but it will takes me 1 hour more time; Without the medical insurance people still can go to hospital and receive treatments, but most of them won’t be able to afford those expensive medicals which are moer efficiency and healthier. The government’s hands is not the only choice when we meet trouble but a better one.

What’s more, the help from government keeps the order of our society. It’s undeniable that problems can be solved anyway, but in some cases people may use illegal methods or go extreme which will surely generate negative effects. Thus the help from government sometimes became vital and substantial for the peace and safe of our society.

Last but not least , as a matter of fact, it’s our rights to gain benefits from our government, being the backbone of a country the reason why it exist is to organize and protect the nation, keep our society stability and ample. On no account should it refuse to offer help which may be a tremendous boon to those who really need it.

It is undeniable that most parents in the world hope their children would do well in school, and one day become an outstanding person so as to do contribution to the society. Different methods were used by our parents from time to time in order to make sure we can achieve their requirements. The time children play on the streets with friends, the time children talk with others on the phone, the time children listen to music or go outdoor activities were all used to be limited according to the society trend. The latest fashion is to limit the hours of watching TV programs or movies, for the first time, I think the restriction is brilliant.

To begin with, it’s obvious that watching TV is one of the best ways for adults to kill time, but turn to children especially who is in their adolescence period, too much watching TV may be a disaster for both their physical and mentally healthy which is base if their want to do well in school. For instance, according to some recent researches, children over 16 who watches TV more than 2 hours a day risks twice the possibility to get eye diseases than those who watches less, exercises more. Similarly, over-watching TV usually goes with continuous eating junk food without realization, for children at growing age, which will definitely result in terrible overweight damaging their healthy. How can a children study well if his eyes feel hurt when watch the blackboard and never will the overweight ones do well in P.E class anymore for it has become an nightmare. Sorts of diseases caused mainly from TV will be a strong enemy of study well.

Meanwhile, as we can see, the longer a child watches TV the easier for him to be addicted. TV series are attractive and always ended in a confusing way to cliffhang the audience and push them to keep on watching it unless it’s over. Once children abandoned in it, he will be thinking about the stories all the time, how can one focus on study if he is always imaging the next serie and looking forward to watching it? And never make little of those countless unavoidable violence and sex scenes in TV and movies, children are very likely to imitate interesting things around them. Once children got interested in those “new” stuff, they will never get straight As any more because they spare time on searching information about sex, never receiving praises from teachers one after another since they speak dirty words and always challenge teachers which they think is cool.

All in all, I think it’s wise for parents to limit the time children watch TV and movies for their healthy which is the foundation of studying well. Appropriate watching TV will be a good way to relax but too much can ruin a child.
