关于赫尔辛基大学申请的一些疑问

各位前辈，打扰了，我想申请12年的研究生，有三个问题想请教。
1、在赫大的网站上看到：

If your degree is awarded in China, the required certificates must be written in English and have to be submitted through the China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC, 教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心). Certificates submitted directly to University Admissions Finland by the applicant will not be accepted. For further information, see the CDGDC website.

这个具体要怎么做？

2、我现在大四，transcript和在读证明是密封在同一信封里，还是分开寄送？

3、有没有ATCM（Art Theory,Criticism and Management）和 MES (European Studies) 的前辈，想咨询一下该专业的具体情况。
