Yes, I am looking for PhD students for the Australian National University and CSIRO. Your CV looks good and you are welcome to communicate further.

As I have supervised research students in different areas like machine learning, artificial intelligence, data mining and statistical modelling. I would like to see what kinds of projects are of your interest: Quite broadly such as a specific research area; such as academia-oriented, or real world application oriented; such as theoretical computer science, modelling or more computation.

Besides these kinds of information, may I have your transcripts (both for your uni and graduate studies)?

教授的意思是不是达标了，但不是很好，我本科成绩是在是差 78/100 所以教授要成绩单啊？？

这个。我虽然是法学专业的，但是从语气来看我觉得他其实还是比较感兴趣的。他的问题现在集中在：
（1）他肯定乐意继续跟你交流；
（2）他希望能了解你打算研究的具体方向
（3）希望看你的成绩单。

从常理看如果不感兴趣应该不想继续问下去才对吧。。

教授刚给我发了邮件，不确定教授什么意思

Thank you for the documents. You are welcome to apply for PhD enrolment under my supervision. I think we can discuss your PhD research direction now and we can work out your PhD research proposal later.

另，教授说了，

I guess you can seek for two different kinds of PhD scholarship. One is funded by CSC (Chinese Scholarship Council); and the second is funded by the Australian National University (ANU) (for international students). The later is a bit more competitive than the former. A bit more information of ANU scholarship could be found at http://cecs.anu.edu.au/future_st ... rch/selfassessment. Anyway, either needs some paperwork, including a PhD project proposal.
