To improve the quality of education, university should spend more money on salary for university

With the explosive develop of science and technology, people dedicated in education, one of the key words in this day and age, are always seeking methods for a high quality of education. When comes to the issue about finance to education, a host of opinion are held by different individuals with different backgrounds. Should university spend more money on salary for university? Although many people may suppose it is useless, I, still, believe that more money on salary should be spend on teachers, for teachers are of great importance in the education quality, while salary is of great importance to teachers.

To begin with, a charming salary is a lure that attracts more excellent teachers devote themselves to education career. As is known to us all, salary, to some extend, plays a decisive role when people choosing jobs. Therefore, more excellent individuals will be willing to join education career, rather than go to enterprise. Consider, the more knowledgable the teacher is, the more them will teacher to students; the more students are taught, the more them will learn, the more they have learned, the higher the education the quality is. Consequently, in my view, if the university can improve the salary, more good teacher will be employed, thereby, the quality of education will be enhanced.      

And, a substantial salary is the guarantee that teacher can concentrate on their education career. Simply put, if teachers won't worry about their survive, they will put more attention on students. In my school, the teacher’s salary is low, several teachers then earn extra money by doing a lot of engineer projects. It directly results to limit time they will spend on their courses and students. Imagine if the salary is enough for them to live in a good condition, will them do other task? I suppose they will inject their 100 percent energy to their own business and teach student by heart. Consequently, quality of education will great improve..

Last but not the least, a substantial salary can decrease the possibility that teachers seeking for a higher-salary job. As money can knock all of the doors in present society, everyone are pursuing for more money, teachers are not exceptions. If a teacher is very famous in his field, it cannot sure he won't leave if others offer him a higher fee. Examples about which is too enormous to number. Just take a recent event happened in China for example, Chongqing University almost moved the whole core group of college of agriculture in South-West University just by providing a higher salary. Consider, if teachers leave, courses cannot be maintained, let alone the quality of education.

To sum up, teachers, specific to say, the quality of teachers is a crucial factor to improve the quality of education. As a result, in order to improve the qulity of education, university should seek ways to guarantee the quality of teachers. And in my opinion, enhance the salary is a effective way.
