As we’ve been debating here over last few decades will affect the live of all the student and teachers all across in the educational field. The important of Self-confidence to career success can never be denied. Self-confidence is essential to a good personality.
Specific knowledge can’t ever show up without self-confidence. As my friend Jean, for example, her voice is the most fantastic thing I’ve ever heard. She is such a good singer and proficient all the singing skill when she is under the stage. She is always the No.1 in our singing class. But every time she stands on the stage, she feel terrified and unconfident, therefore, her grade is always not so satisfied. The judges give her that kind of evaluation: nice voice, good skill, but lack of confidence. Even those people who don’t know any about singing can smell that unconfident element when she is singing.
There is a saying: How can people believe you if you don’t believe yourself. Yes, believe yourself is the first step walk to success. Why the employer required the seller say: I can do it every day before they work? Self encourage is need when they are trying to convicting the consumer. I met a woman before, who looks so timid. Every time I ask her questions about the good, her answer sounds like she knows that but not so sure. After few times, I don’t feel like to ask her questions any more, instead of, another sunshine and confident men seems more popular, even though as a girl, I am not so comfortable talk to a man. Without confidence, no one will trust you even though knowledge filling full in your body.
Holding confidence is just like holding the whole world. I couldn’t know more about that because of my classmate who is have nothing but self-confidence. The confidence of him can make everyone believe him knows everything, but actually he just learned it last night. And he is succeed in every field he have been doing, he is the president of the union of student, the highest profit seller of the Lenovo company which the top ten computer company in the world. All of our classmates know, he has not that much knowledge than you through. But he did make it very good.
Therefore, I have thousand of reason to believe that teaching self-confidence is far away important than teaching specific knowledge. Career cans never success without self-confidence.
