Nowdays it is not easy for an individual to have a true innovation by himself, although it is common in history. In the current society, more an more innovation often results from team work instead of enterprise and unique perception of an individual.

Admittedly, there are numerous innovations coming from an individual, but this phenomenon more occurs in history. It is undoubtable that the new perspective of the earth revolving around the sun is the result of Copernicus’s himself many years meditation and research. At that time seldom people have the same interest with him for the engrained idea that earth is the center of the universe. The first lamp bulb in the world is made by Tomas Edison and the famous relative theory is just put up with by Einstain rather than a group of scientists and the like. Too many examples prove the above asseriton that it is always an individual who is the impetus for innovation.

With the rapid development of technology and the elaborate and complex divsion work of the society, it is more and more difficult for an individual to put forward an innovation even within the small field of his research. People begin to refer to the power of the group. We know that for the complexity of the innovation of technology, many companies especially including some famous companies like Intel,IBM have to cooperate in many fields in order to break through the same difficulties they encounter. At the same time, in the realm of science, the scientists coming from all over the world gather together to communicate the solutions for some hot issues such as the way to deal with AIDS, the genic project, the key point of landing mars and the developing bacterin for the disease of SARS which absolutely beyond the ability for an individual to be finished. Cooperation has been proved to be an effective way for human to make further progress. After all, every one has his own unique perspective. The more the people join a discussion, the more the ideas will be thorough and powerful and the earlier the solution will be formed.

Therefore it is necessary for us to emphasize the team work rather than individuality in order to adapt the development of the society. Now we can see that more and more companies or corporations begin to advocate the team work and some even have viewed team work as one of their guide lines companying with confidience, tolence and perseverance. However, there are also some bigoted persons who insist on do close research without communication with the outside, maybe one day when they get a result successfully they will find that the products using their theory have been produced. It is very possible in this unprecedented development of Internet.

To sum up. It is unpractical for an individual to have a big innovation in such a developed society. More and more innovations have become the results of the team work. Therefore team work will be the trend of our development. As young perpon,we should cultivate our consciousness of team work as early as possible.

Admittedly, the assertion is quite agree with many innovations before 21st century, however, it is more impossible for individual to fulfill the whole thing in modern days. A excellent leader, of course, is good for a group during their research for innovation. A good leader can inspire others' motivation, make a sound environment in which different people with various characteristics can work together compatibly and ensure the new members' opinions are not neglected which might great helpful because they are always from untraditional angles. Therefore, leader is important to the emerge of innovation, without good leaders, many innovations promoted the progress of our society might be interred in the soil forever.
However, we also can not ignore the effects of other people and simply think they are just supplements. As we know, any innovations are not the tradition's products. They must come from another standpoint and has their own ways. How those different ways are come out? In many times, just hard working are not enough, inspiration is needed. A person's speaking and behavior, maybe he is not is the same area with innovator, can incidentally inspire the innovator and make the innovation come out. Besides, nowadays, any innovation needs a great many of effects and also a lot of resource and money, which impedes individual to complete innovation nearly by his or her own. For instance, genetic engineering whose propose is to figure our the function of every gene in human body involves quite a lot of countries. It is impossible for only one country to complete in a relative short time.
Additionally, as different person has different ideas, even though some of them have limited usefulness to innovation, if all people can impartially view those ideas, the innovation is more easy to come true in the effects of all people.
In sum, it is more and more impossible for individual to make an innovation in this developed society. Many innovations are result of several people and it is certainly a trend in the future. Therefore, we must emphasize the effects of team work and cultivate our children to cooperate at school.
