We can't expect succeess more anytime than today in the modern world. It is means a lot being a sccussful person--being respected, owing  affulence as well we social states. But seldom kown the shoutcut toward succedd. For me, three main elements are crucial--personality， character and conmunication skills.

When talk about personality, what comes to you? The answers may different based on indivadual value system, but there is a indeed fix answer that it is your personality which decide your way of bahave, on which depend wheather you can success or not.  More often, the people who are out-going may just suitable for open air-works or the jobs more likely to conmunicate with people. On the other hand, people who dosen't talk a lot oppositely are favor for some quiet jobs. Imagine who is good at talking a lot or pacing around must sit quietly in the library as a librian must be miserable.

The charater is another pivotal element. Successor may share some alike charateristics. Deligient is a must since geniue always accompanyed with persperation. We all have the similar experiance that during a long time recover, it is likely to got a remarkable mark. It is also the same with the charater of frank and loyalty. Since sldom of us are work alone but cooperate with the colleage or coworkers. If being frauded,we fing ourselves hard to belive the parterners any more. Perfect outcome always the consequence of  sinere as well as trust, which bring a the charater of frank and loyaty to a high statu.

The same thing also works on conmunication. When you equipped yourselves with the skill of conmunicate, you also own the ability to exchange ideas anf thoughts fluently, which will make the grounp work more efficiency. Besides the purpose of get a remarkable outcome, the imtita conmunication also increase a close rate, brings a better relationship, all above will actually lead a delightful cooperation.

All the explanation considered, we can easily draw a conclusion that personality, charater and conmunication skilla are three pivotal elements
toward success.
