kentucky成绩单的一个问题

我申了KENTUCKY的生物医学项目,要求是成绩单一份寄到医学院,一份寄到研究生院.申请时先完成研究生院的网申,其实就是交申请费,再完成医学院的网申.

不过生物医学项目说,国际学生可以都寄到医学院,他们看完会转给研究生院.于是我只寄了一份成绩单给以学院.但是我研究生院的状态显示的是INCOMPLETE,因为成绩单没到,这有关系了吗.

原文是这样写的:

• For international applicants:
• Please send materials listed above to the appropriate addresses. Do not include materials other than those listed. Please place your materials in one envelope when sending documents to the IBS office. Do not staple individual documents or place documents in individual envelopes. However, if you send official copies of transcripts, they should arrive in sealed envelopes from the institution. You may send all of your documents to the IBS program and we will forward appropriate documents to the University of Kentucky Graduate School once your application is complete and has been reviewed for admission.

• International applications will not be accepted after February 1.

那我只寄了一份成绩单可以吗?

所遇情况同LZ，只寄了一个成绩单，至今incomplete啊。。。小蜜无回信 不知是何原因
