请教UW-MADISON的financial statement的notary问题

UWM的financial statement里面有个另外的notary的一项，小米说是除了银行财产证明外还需要第三方的证明，不知道GTER们有没有了解这个的？我是需要去公证处还是律师那里去搞这个嘛？感谢~~
