不过说句实话，鸡的激素浓度比较高，给小孩子吃不太好，建议吃猪肉牛肉等，激素浓度低，成年人不怕死，但是怕高胆固醇，就多吃鸡少吃红肉。水产也要小心，有汞，不能为了逃避陆上肉类吃太多水产
