11.The councilof Maple County, concerned about the county's becoming overdeveloped, isdebating a proposed measure that would prevent the development of existingfarmland in the county. But the council is also concerned that such arestriction, by limiting the supply of new housing, could lead to significantincreases in the price of housing in the county. Proponents of the measure notethat Chestnut County established a similar measure ten years ago, and itshousing prices have increased only modestly since. However, opponents of themeasure note that Pine County adopted restrictions on the development of newresidential housing fifteen years ago, and its housing prices have since morethan doubled. The council currently predicts that the proposed measure, ifpassed, will result in a significant increase in housing prices in MapleCounty.

Write a response in which you discuss what questionswould need to be answered in order to decide whether the prediction and theargument on which it is based are reasonable. Be sure to explain how theanswers to these questions would help to evaluate the prediction.

有哪几点可以写的？我只能写出两点，1.Pine County的restrictions on the development of new residential housing是否与Maple County的restriction相似？

2.10年前的Chestnut和15年前的Pine谁与现在的Maple更相似？     。。。。。。。而且我还不知道这两点可以这么写不，求指教。
