There is a saying that what you want you to be make what you are,and i totally agree with it.Hence it is no doubt that i have the tendency to support the first statement:       people should always have ambitious dreams to struggled for,on the basis of caring about the reality.
Among the various great leaders,successful business men,achieving scientists,none of them want to be normal,that is,they all have one characteristic: ambitious.To get an extraordinary goal might rank the frist on a list of features of successful people.It is easy to imagine that without a strong will of becoming outstanding ,or getting great achievements,an individual achieves little except these cases that people get money because of their kindness.Take the Martin Luther King,one of the greatest leaders in 20 century ,for example,had he have the dream of eliminating the race discriminations,establishing a society of peace,the black people in America would have still be treated unfairly,not mention the fact that Obama became the frist Africa-American president.Other cases including president Lincoln,software king Bill Gates,are also have an ambitious to achieve higher levels of success.
Even if you are setting a goal ,such as being a next Bill Gates of your own country is of small chance,it is still do good to your growth having this goal accompanied.Better have than never.Setting a goal is an incentive for most people.Always having a dream in mind will cheer you up when you are upset,will spur you when you are pride.People having ambitions are more likely different from those without dreams.People having ambitions try their best to do anything,be eager to accept challengers,be positive to life everyday,and therefore they achieve higher comparing with ordinary ones on average.Based on what i have heard and see in my class,i do have a strong feeling that those students who want to successful are more active in everything-studying,performing,showing -and most of them achieve higher grades.
What i want to complement is that there is a principle one must be followed when he is going to set a dream.Arealistic dream or goal help the most.If you set a dream so unrealistic or beyond far away from your ability  that there is no chance you can realize,for instance,becoming a spiderman,you will possibility be bothered by your dream or even injure yourselves.
Dream,serves as a guide,a lighthouse in the sea in case we are confused of how to choose our ways to go.Particularly,an ambitious dream can help us have more confidence and drive to achieve goals.But to remember,a realistic and healthy dream contribute to you most.

College or University should offer students more preparation before they start working. # O* x ~ H+ r+ e0 p3 Y( j* EThe problem of employment is getting more and more serious nowadays,especially for students in college or university who are lacking imperative experience and techniques.Hence it is not the colleges and universities' who are to blame even they do play an critical role in students' development.As for me,the colleges have done enough and the working strategies ,experiences and professional knowledges requiring at work,apparently,are able to be acquired by students on the education of universities.
Students are often been turned down in an interview on the familiar excuse of lacking adequate experiences.What i want to stress is that most universities and colleges offer at least one or two chances of working as interns.Students in different majors working in factories,in hospital,in banks.Then why students are still lacking working experiences?Here lies the answer.Based on my observation ,there are always several students treat internships more like traveling,rather than an valuable opportunity of being accessed to the society and the world,not to metion studying something.Had the students been more serious to the internship,they would not feel at sea when the interviewees refer to theri working experience.In addition,even the positions provided by the universities,students can also connect to companies by themselves.As far as i know,there are lot of companies want interns since they don't need to be paid.
Another dilemma that a new workers might face is the social strategy  which  can be a difficult thing for a lot of people.One of my best friends choose to be a graduate student as to avoid dealing with other people,saying that she has a social-connection-phobia.If a student have a similar sense like my friends do,i consider that he does not take the full use of our colleges.It is well known that the colleges or the universities are nearly a miniature of society.One's classmates can be compared to his co-workers,teachers to his bosses,educational institutes to working apartments in a company.Also,the student unions,different clubs are good place to practice one's social ability.Students might,therefore,have enough chances to enhance their social communication skills.Some people,however,instead of taking an active part in the social connection,stay at dorms,chart on lines,ignore every social activities even the party of their own classes.It is easy to imagine that their capabilities in communicating will decrease.
The last but not least point is that students should still pay more attention in their academic skills.Assuming one is good at academic performance,it is likely that he will have more confidence,more motivations to do more social connection and to practice in real world more.
In short,I am not agree with the statement that the universities and colleges should do more preparations for students before they start working .The universities or colleges ,as for me,have done enough to try to cultivate comprehensive students.It's time for students to do something useful on their own.

Many communities have been debating whether or not the professors in the university should spend most of their energy doing research rather than teaching students.However,at the time the professor devote themselves to their researches,it is more likely that they might pay less attention to their students.Professor should always rank teaching students on the head of list.
First of all,students are at the crossroad of their lives now,it is essential to the students to have devoted,passionate teachers who can guide them.If a teacher just care about the research ,neglecting or paying less attention to his students,a bad situation might happen.Take my class ,for example,one third of my original classmates have gave up our major owning to a irresponsible professor who teached one of our major curriculums,who was also sinking himself into his research,having even no time to answer our questions after class.On the other hand,another professor,are commonly known as treating students as his children ,and do a lot of extra work on students other affairs including psychological consults,Christmas parties ,apparently thus students in his class are mostly achieve high grades and have a positive attitudes towards lives.
In addition to my previous point,in most cases professors do not do a good job in research. Professors sometimes do research in order to get a honor,or a title.How can a scientist achieve real goal without fully passionate?In fact,it is better for those professors to quit their researches and devote themselves in teaching.Moreover,as far as i known,several professors are doing the same researches ,and this is a waste .In fact ,more and more incidences of copying dissertations are revealed by the newspapers owning to the overwhelming yet meaningless researches done by some professors.
In conclusion,professors should devote themselves more to teaching their students.Students need them more and more.Additionally,they should quit their meaningless and no-prospecting researches.

3月2日 110815NA One of your classmates needs help with some schoolwork. Which solution would you recommend your classmate should do: to ask you for help or to find a professinal tutor for help. Include reasons and details to in your response.


Many schools,whether high schools or colleges,are equipped with professional tutors ,helping with the daily problems the students have.In most cases,students tend to turn to their friends for help ,because it is convenient.However,the tutors there employed by schools are ,in most part,more helpful and more efficiency due to their professional knowledge and rich experience.Therefore,i strongly recommend my friends to find a tutor for help.
First of all, tutors are all have been well-trained,and they have a good command of professional knowledge.A friend might just provide some suggestion based on his/her own thought,which are not always applied to everyone.Moreover,if one ask suggestions concerning choosing a job ,it is not likely that his/her friend would come up with a construction idea.The ideas from friends may be misleading.On the contrary,with professional help from school tutors,the students are more able to be enlightened or guided -- the tutors must have more skills or experience to help them.The tutors also are able to solve problems in different but more comprehensive perspectives from students.
In addition to my previous point,the tutors have more experience and more skillful to deal with various problems happened among students.Virually, the tutors solve students problem a lot.Doing the consulting day and day enable them to accurately diagnose the problems and then to settle the problem efficiently.A difficult situation is avoided--do not know how to weigh the suggestions varied from one friend to another.Moreover,if the idea that turning to tutors occurs to students as soon as they meet dilemmas,the tutors might recognize which problem the students have ranks at the top of the list.Hence,the school can handle the same problem for all the students.For instance,when the school board are informed that many students have difficulty in finding appropriate jobs,they would possibly take step to offer more job preparing curriculums.
In general,with a professional knowledge and rich experience,a tutors is really helpful.A friend is always a choice most people turn to for help.However,listening to extensive opinions,especially from one's tutors,do help students solve problem efficiently and quickly.
