SUNY-ESF说我在waiting list上，接下来该怎么办呢？（我申的chem phd)

今天早上起来看邮箱，是SUNY-ESF的，说在附件里已经对我的申请有了结论，我以为又是拒信（都被拒得习惯了···）。结果说我在waiting list上。以下是附件的内容：

After careful consideration of your credentials, the Faculty Admissions Committee has placed
your application for admission into the graduate program in polymer chemistry onto our official
"wait list." Wait list status implies that your application and credentials have been determined to
be of substantially admissible quality, however, a final determination regarding admission cannot
be rendered pending the outcome of commitment decisions on the part of previously accepted
applicants. As we review applications in a rolling fashion, and we have very limited space in our
graduate programs, wait list status is quite common, even among well-qualified candidates for
admission.
As we request commitments from our first tier of accepted applicants by March 15 th, you should
hear shortly thereafter regarding the final status of your application. If you have questions
regarding our wait list or the status of your application after March 15 th, please do not hesitate to
call our office to inquire. Thank you for your patience and we hope to provide you with a final
admission decision soon.

说要我等到3.15后就会有结果，请问SUNY-ESF是不是对每个人都这样说？或者说其实就是变相的拒信？以前我也联系过几个那里的教授，但是都是感觉很模板的，所以接下来我是不是该看某个教授的论文然后表表决心之类的？希望gter们帮我分下一下是神马情况啊！ 大家都会有大大的offer滴！！！！

wait list 就是还有戏啊，如果不想要就早拒了~
或许哪个大牛告诉他们学校人家不去了，你就能上了~
虽然我不是理工科，但是我觉得如果套磁套的好的话，再套套也行~
别让教授看出来你是为了作困兽之斗而套磁的就行~

我也申了ESF的chem，可是到现在消息全无，连申请的页面上的状态都显示的是一个材料都没收到，发邮件问了也没回音。楼主这么一说，我更担心了！

主要是觉得自己硬性条件超级烂，所以感觉还是没什么希望，毕竟只是waiting list```不仅要看有没有人拒掉，还要看我在list上排第几个的啊·· 9# lixiaoyue
