关于global networks的影响
Ever since the inception of internet and computer technology , the growth of global networks in almost areas accelerates , then which area will benefit most is a heated issue . The author asserts that whatever area including education , politics science and arts will all benefit greatly from the international influences. I strong disagree: due to the different characteristics and background conditions (backgrounds), whether and to what degree education , politics and arts will benefit depends(on) a case-by-case analysis.
Firstly , when it comes to education and science, with the unprecedented growth of global network, it(指什么?) will accordingly accelerate(s) .accompanying cross-cultural communication and international cooperation. The hint of education is knowledge involved science, social science , and humanity , all of which embrace the same essence in whatever countries , therefore , (with删掉) the process of global network education can communicate with each other in different countries which in turn propels the progress of education. The emerging distance-learning is a fitting example. So as to science, since it is no country boundaries, therefore it also benefit(s) from this process. For example , the multi-national program to establish a human colony on the moon(take the…for example) . Then the scientist in different countries can pool their talents and resources , thus it is more possible that the project are(is) put into practice. Simply put , global networks benefit(s) education and science.
Secondly, when it comes to politics , with the growth of global network , on one hand it perhaps widens the political gap between the developed countries and the developing countries and paralyzing(paralyze) many national government of poor countries , on the other hand it also can stimulate the development of the countries in the same level. As for the former , since the economical globalization, the developed countries of course extend their market share to the developing one through the output of products and investing and even the input of their own political ideas in order to maximize profit . As a result , the developed ones become more developed and their political ideology becomes more influencing while the developing countries are more dependent and vulnerable with the impacting of the global networks. On the other hand , through (the) establishing some organization , some countries can communicate about their political policy therefore they can learn from each other . For example some European countries have already organized a unification and achieved a lot through cooperation political(?) with one another.. Simply put, as for politics, the global network is a double-edged sword , widening the gap between the developed one and the developing one , and also stimulating the countries' communication of the same level.
Thirdly, when it comes to arts , with the blurring of boundaries and the identification of culture in different countries , arts will have to suffer some threatening of losing the distinct characteristics which are the essence of arts. Arts is not a handcraft , it is the transmittion(transmission) of the emotion , impulse and ideas the artist(s) have experienced , therefore, the more different cultural background (is), the richer and more diverse art works can be produced. And once out comes(?) the assimilation of culture , it is hard to image what arts will turn into , maybe without any special character only about the same topic and motif .The end result is not only a chilling effect on artistic creativity but also a loss of cultural identity . Therefore, global networks only bring negative effect to arts.
In sum, although global networks can benefit education and science , it does damage to arts and it servers as a double-edged sword to politics.
