Do you agree ordisagree with the following statement? Movies and television have more negativeeffects than positive effects on the way young people behave

Over the recentdecades, technology and knowledge has dramatically changed every aspect in ourdaily life. For instance, we can watch a basketball game as well as know whathas happened all over the world withoutstepping out of our living room.Moreover, many people go into raptures at the mere mention of movies and television,which has aroused a widely debate today on whether they will bring a lot ofbenefits or do harmful to people. From my perspective, I totally conceive thatdisadvantages of movies and television far outweigh advantages.

To begin with,watching movies and television, obviously, is under no circumstance good forour fitness. According to a recent survey, ten billion people failed theireyesight(不知道对不对) each every？ linked to watching too much movies andtelevision. Besides, many diseases are likewise caused by watching too muchtelevision such as fat and vertebra problems. In terms of children, televisionis thought to be a most important aspect that makes children cannot concentrateon studying when children watching too much television and cannot sleep on timeat night.

On the other hand,watching television can make young people lose their dreams and ambitioneasier. Many excellent television shows attract thousands of people. Unfortunately,a huge number of young people are beginning to become addicted to televisionprograms like soap opera, which make them have a negative attitude toward studyeven life.  Look at the other side of thecoin, a huge number of students come a thought（不确定用法对不对come up with） that they can success without hard workingin that they think they can easily become a reality television or movie star bywatching some television programs about how to become a superstar. The truthis, being success is not as easy as most people think. What young people needis to work hard every day instead of watching television.

In addition, notevery television program expresses a positive attitude towards life. In somecases, many television programs are full of violence and sexual which is by nomeans can children watch. In some extent, we have to acknowledge that manytelevision programs and movies are brimming with knowledge like Discovery andThe Earth which is far more useful to broaden our horizon and enlarge ourknowledge scope. Nevertheless, some television programs that young people canaccess to are worth than useless because the only purpose of these programs isto kill time which have nothing to do with young people even waste theirprecious time.

From what has beendiscussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that television and movies arenot necessary for children. Watching television can replaced by watchingmeaningful books and playing sports which is surely  more useful.

It is commonly believed that our society had dramatically changed by modern science and technology, and human had made an extraordinary progress in knowledge and device over the recent decades. People in growing number are beginning to believe that using new technological device contributes greatly to enhancing their live quality as well as work efficiency. However, we have to look at the other side of the coin, that is most of people have to make an option to decide should we buy a new technological device when it becomes useful (这个useful应该不是和题目中所说的available一个意思，换成when it come into being)or wait until many people have one. As for me, I am in favor of the choice that buys it when many people use it for the following reasons.(这个分句没有主语了，改为the choice of buying it when …)

To begin with, price is the most essential(个人认为应该是用fundamental) thing I take into consideration. No one denies the fact that what is accompanying with the appearance of new technological device is its high price. For instance, the price of a new IPHONE 4S was 5399 Yuan when it shown up which is surely can only afford by rich people(which surely can be afforded only by rich people). However, after six month, the price has sharply decreased constantly now reach 4000 ever lower,(the price has decreased sharply and is even lower than 4000 Yuan) which is obviously more accessible by most White-color（White-collars）. As we can see, it is unnecessary for us to buying a new device for our curiosity instead of considering of its high price. (这句问题比较大，instead of wasting a lot of money to meat our curiosity, it is wiser to buy devices which has been in the market for a long time but with a more acceptable price)

On the other hand, we cannot relate the new technological device with high quality without any mistakes. It is inevitable that everything has its own disadvantage; a new device is not an exception. No matter how advanced a device, there must be some factors engineer do not take into account, the style of a device may not acceptable to all people. Take IPHONE, the most famous telephone in the world for example. Many people complained about several problems have occurred by the time they first use it, such as the signal was pretty low even in the open square and the bottom is easily broken. After a series of update, these problems have been solved, which makes more and more people pleasant with this new device.

In addition, we as normal university may not aware of how to use a new device. We can wait until some friends of us who major in engineering have one to teach us, as far as I concern, it is not only help us to solve the technological problems more efficient than solve it alone, but also make us get rid of anxious and unpleasant feeling when we can call nobody for help.

Admittedly, waiting until many people have a new device do have some disadvantages. Maybe we cannot have a superiority feeling contrasting to buy it when it becomes available. Nevertheless, advantages of buying it later are far outweigh disadvantages. From what has been discussed above, I strongly conceive that we shouldn’t buy a new technological until many people owned it.

总体来说我也有感觉你的文章头重脚轻，个别语句还是值得推敲下。
