分论点1. 单独做一个project 容易有疲劳感，多个projects同时做，令大脑可以接受新鲜刺激，也可以从中获得休息，提高效率。
分论点2. 多个projects 可以互相激发灵感。
分论点3. 多个projects同时进行令人有紧迫感，从而会更有效率的利用时间。

写作正文：（342words）

Some people would prefer immerse in one project at a time because they consider that carrying out many cases simultaneously is hard to cope with and will finalize in doing nothing good. However I would like to work on several projects at the same time and the reasons will be stated below.

It is obvious that people get bored and tired after concentrating on single project for a long time. Scientific research shows that sometime it is benefitial for human brain to do something else. That is to say, right like our body, our brain need some fresh air to keep healthy. By switching to other jobs at an approporiate time, one can certainly perform better.Therefore, doing multiple projects all at once will help you work things out more efficiently rather than be a distraction.

In addition, sometimes other projects might act as fount of inspiration for the task at your hand. For instance, last semester I undertook an advertisement design and meanwhile I was in a case stady group working on online marketing. These two tasks incidentally connected to each other and I found that ideas related to any one of them could be a stimulus for ideas about the other. Consequently, I fulfilled both of them perfectly with fascinating ideas welled up to my mind .

Last but not least, focusing on single task might lead to procrastination which is a quite popular mental trouble for modern people. By doing multiple jobs all together, which means by uploading more pressure on your shoulders, you can certainly get a sense of hurry and get your job done more efficiently. That's why I hold that doing several tasks at a time will help people save their time.

In general, one's performance can be bettered by switching to other tasks when they feel tired about projects in process. Moreover, different tasks sometime will provide you different opinions or angles and will impel you to make full use of your time. With all these reasons, I would prefer undertake several projects all at once.

My outline:

Introduction paragraph:
I prefer work five days a week with shorter hours.

1st thesis:
Working a long time is exhausted so working efficiency can not be guaranteed. Scientific research manifest that....The intensity of work and stress come with it would certainly predispose people to diseases.

2nd thesis:
Works finish late at night, which make people not available for daily spare time activities, such as physical exercises and household chores.

3rd thesis: make better use of time.

Have you ever imagined that people work for only three days a week with extended working hours and unprecedented intensity? Even though weekends that last for four days sounds inviting, this proposal has some unignorable flaws. Therefore, I argue for working five days a week with shorter hours. The reasons of my choice will be stated as follows.

Working a long time is exhausted and stressful, which certainly does no good to working efficiency and workers' health. Scientific research reveals that human can concentrate fully on his work for only a short time and that working efficiency declines as the working hours get longer. Additionally, it is common in many workplaces nowadays that people work eight hours a day, forty hours a week. Then it is quite conspicuous that if people work only three days a week, he has to work more than thirteen hours a day. The intensity and stress would predispose people to illness.

Furthermore, extended working hours leave no time for workers' family, daily entertainments, physical exercises and household chores. For instance, physical exercises should be done constantly rather than periodically. If someone keeps on physical training for four days and pauses for three days, his training will not turn out to be as helpful as he expected. Conversely, if people work five days a week with shorter hours, he or she will has abundant time for daily exercises. At the same time, families can get together every night instead of only four days, and household chores can be settled immediately rather than be piled up. Daily entertainments can be assured as well.

Last but not the least, a two-day weekend is much better than a four-day weekend. It is a popular phenomenon that people wake up late till noon at weekends, which is indeed a waste of time. Take my family as an example, after a week of hard working we usually wake up at lunch time. If weekend expand to four days, people will surely waste four mornings. Thus I think that two-day weekend is proper for people to make fully use of their time.

To conclude, I prefer working five days a week with shorter hours per day to working three days with extensive workload for three aspects of reasons. Splitting total work amount to longer workdays, people will have a higher efficiency, better body conditions and enough time for family or daily activities. Moreover, shorter weekends lead to a better use of time.

题目：The advices from our grandparents have no use for their grandchildren because the world changed a lot during the past 50 years.
正文：(416)
Some people claim that their grandparents' advices are of no use because they have no idea of nowadays world which has changed greatly during recent 50 years.
However,every time I am reluctant to make a choice, I often turn to my grandparents for advices.Even though their facilities are decaying, their wisdom and life experience are accumulating, which always help me make right decisions.The reasons why they are so trusted will be stated below.


First of all,what never fade out are those truth and lessons about life, which has nothing to do with society development.No matter how the world has changed, grandparents'
advices, especially on life and moral aspects, are always helpful.For instance, it was my grandfather who cultivated my characteristics at a very early stage of my life. He used to teach me how to communicate with people and how to get along with my friends with a proper manner. He learned these lessons and passed them down to me and thus I know the right way to deal with everything encountered in my later life.


Furthermore, there is a particular kind of wisdom you can not obtain unless you have gone through years of bitterness and sweetness of life. With this sort of wisdom, grandparents are able to tell the fake from truth and their advices always prevent you from going astray. Take my sister's experience as an example, she fell in love with a guy and she regarded her lover so deep that she did not listen to anyone's comments and suggestions. After meeting the man, our grandparents found some inevitable shortcomings in his personality and tried to persuade my sister to give up the relationship. However, my sister was not amenable to their words and her heart was broken in the end.  
Therefore, I believe that grandparents' wisdom should not be doubted.


Last but not least, it is commonly acknowledged that our grandparents are out of dated. However, it is not true. Many old people try hard to catch up with current world. Although it is hard for them to fully handle high-tech instruments, they can derive information from daily news and TV programs. They get themselves updated and their advices are usually very profound and practical.


In general, people should listen to their grandparents because they teach you lessons which are useful for all eras. They are absolutely wiser and more sophisticated. Moreover, they are old but they keep up to the trend, which make them trusted when you need an advice.
