交过SEVIS费还需要再缴吗？

去年本来准备美国的summer program，申请的F1签证，当时什么费都缴完了，包括SEVIS， 但郁闷地被拒签了。。。
今年秋季过去读研究生，不过和当时申请的summer program不是同一所学校，想问问这样的情况今年还需要缴SEVIS FEE吗？谢谢啦

自己顶一下~不过已经查到了哈:
if your visa application is denied, and you decide to re-apply for the same type of visa at a later time, you will not be asked to make a second sevis fee payment as long as your visa application is made within 12 months of the initial denial.
