综合写作中要引用很多阅读中的内容吗？
第一次在这儿发帖，诚惶诚恐，敬请指教。
第一次写综合写作，除了看过OG，完全无其它经验。
练了一篇TPO01的综合写作，原文如下：
The lecture casts doubt on the reading passage in three perspectives about the argument that four-day work time policy will affect possitively at the same time the company, the society and the individual employee.
First, the company may end up spending more than they do before. In order to hire extra people, the company has to pay more health ensurance, more training fees and purchase more computers and offer more office rooms. Even though the salary of each employee is reduced due to the change of working hours, the other costs stay the same for every hired person.
Second, the policy of four-hour employees won't necessarily reduce the unemployment rate. It is possible that the company will find other ways to make up for the work force loss. For instance, they will ask the employees to work overtime to finish the demanded work. Besides, the expectation that the company holds toward their employees can also rise which will probably end up forcing them to accomplish the same amount of work in 4  days as when they work 5 days a week.
Finally, it is dubious that the life quality of 4-day employees will factually increase. As they worked less time than normal employees, they may gradually lose competence in the area of their job. As a result, the company tends not to give 5-day employees promotions rather than 4-day ones.

写完后看了一下无老师的满分范文，发现里面引用reading passage的内容蛮多的。比如：
The reading passage, by contrast, suggests that employees who enjoy more leisure time make fewer mistakes and work more efficiently, leading to increased profits for the enterprise.  
于是就很惶恐，是不是得把阅读总结总结也写进文章里呢？
求各路高手对我的文章提出批评意见，越多越好啊！
