At this era of information explosion
,with high developed technology, people may get knowledge more easily and convenient and study more quickly than ever thus nowadays people have better chance to become well-educated person than in the past .

First of all ,with the development of computer and internet people may get knowledge and information easier than ever ,which enable students read much more the newest research papers and know latest research finds easily 。This may help students update their knowledge in their major field .People thus may well-educated in their professional field .In the past people may take months or even years to know the research results made by researchers in other country ,even in the same country, it may take several months until other people read research finding since the academic journals published
,but now ,almost every journal have their electronic edition on line ,people may read the newest issue as soon as it published .

I as an law students subscribe to a journal named china law review, which is the most authoritative law magazine in china ,this magazine issues 20th every month , I read each issue almost a month after it published but now since it developed electronic edition ,I read it immediately after it released .which helped me a lot about how to understand the newest legal problems and how to handle legal affairs ,and my coworkers rely my professional judgment than the past ,because i update professional knowledge quickly .

Second ,for ordinary people ,high developed technology facilitate international communication ,which enable students study overseas ,those oversea experience make people expose to different cultures and ideologies ,study overseas may provide students chances to visit the most famous architectures ,admire great art works ,work with local people exchange their views .and those may broaden ones vision and expand his/her knowledge ,helps people become a more informed person .Take my friend Mary for instance ,she graduated from Washington university New York ,when she studied there ,she spent much of her time in gallery ,museum to enjoy American artistic works ,she also take part in a international intellectual property rights protection program at that program she worked with so many brilliant people ,shared their view on IPR protection affairs ,she benefit that experienced a lot ,now she was a professor of Xiamen University, which is one of the most famous university in china. And she is loved by her students for her excellent taste and wide scope of knowledge.

In general, nowadays with high developed technology people may study more and learn quickly ,this helps people well trained in their professional areas . Close communication and exchanges give people chances study overseas which broaden ones vision and expand ones knowledge ,thus it is easier for people to
become well-educated now than in the past.
