030 It has recently been announced that a new high school may be built in your community. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details in your answer.


Nowadays, education is one of the most important issues for a country. The successful of education definitely improve the development of whole country. From my point of view, there is no doubt that building a new high school in my community is a pretty good idea.
The first reason I want to mention is that building a new high school in my community is a way to provide job opportunities for people who live near my community. As we know, nowadays, with the economic recession of the whole country, a lot of people in my community are out of work. That is to say, there is a high unemployment rate in my community. Therefore, a new high will offer many jobs for those jobless people. Not only the well-educated people but also the people with poor education will benefit form it. For example, the well-educated people can find a job in the school, such as be teachers while those who with low education can do some business such as running a book store and so on to make ends meet.  
  Secondly, this plan is beneficial for the students in my community. It will be convenient for students to go to school. There is no high school in my community at present. Students who live in my community have to walk a long way to go to school or even by bus. If a new high school is built in my community, they will no long to waste their time on their way to school. So they can save lots of time to do others things they like. In addition, attending school far away may bring many other troubles, such as safety problems. For instance, a friend of mine always goes to school by bike, because his school is 4 miles away from his home. Unfortunately, one day on his way to school, he caught an accident that a car lost control and knocked him down. Finally, he lost one of his legs. Therefore, building a new school in my community can avoid the possibility of traffic problems and safe a lot of time for students.
  The last but the least, high school education is essential for students who want to be admitted by university. Most of students in my community want to go further education and they are suffering from no high school in their own community and crowded classroom in other high schools. Thus, building a new high school in my community will give them more chance to attend further education.
  As a whole, as far as I concerned, if a new high school is built in my community, the economy in my community will be improved and students will have a good chance to get education. Therefore, I approve of this plan without hesitation.
